Review 8：Wifi coverage could be a little better - Many foreigners without local access to 3G, etc. may need to keep in touch with family, friends, etc. and would ideally not need to walk to the public areas to check periodically. Wifi does work and is there if you need it though!

Review 9：Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff, great sized pousada, safe and secure without feeling like you are in a prison, nice pool, friendly watch dog that patrols the area, charming porch with hammock, and great landscaping. I definitely recommend and would go again.

Review 10：receptionist which was also the owners daughter ananda was very very welcoming and treated everyone like "family" she would greet everyone and ask if we are doing fine and give us tips and suggestions on what to do in the local area. you could ask her anything and she would do her best to help. the other staff were also very friendly and always smiling and trying to help if they could. I hope they keep this going as it would be fantastic to stay there again in the future. every morning the breakfast buffet had a variety of local food for us to try and she even took a request from a friend and the next morning we got banana cake, fried plantains etc as requested.

Posada in the forest! this was by far the most beautiful place i stayed in. good location, 5 minute walk to beach, 2 minutes to the all restaurants cafes and cool shops, the staff we amazing, caring & helpful in every way, headed by Ananda who is an Angel! Great size rooms, with personal touches, i.e. flowers on the bed, welcome card on your door front.

Review 21：Fantastic stay at Pousada do Bosque! I stayed at Pousada do Bosque with family for over a week this April and we had a lovely time there. The rooms and amenities were extremely clean and the ambiance was great. The breakfast had a homemade touch to it with local specialties, such as tapioca and freshly-squeeze juices from local fruits, in addition to more traditional continental buffet items. The staff was very kind and helpful in accommodating our requests and providing us great tips on Trancoso and neighbourhood. Pousada do Bosque is a 2-minute walking distance from the famous Quadrado, where you can find amazing local restaurants and shops and is a 10-minute walking from Praia dos Coqueiros, which is fantastic for basking in the sun the whole day! Pousada do Bosque is a don’t-miss if you would like to have some laid-back days in Trancoso. We will surely come back and are happy to recommend to our family and friends. Natalie, Raul and Thomas

Great breakfasts and a complementary afternoon pot of coffee was available around 4.30pm. Staff a very helpful. Ananda speaks perfect English having lived in Australia for 2 years.
