Review 1：Very bad service. No normal parking you need to reserve otherwise you need to look somewhere else. Only obe lift for a high building thatvgoes regularly put of service. Very oldish kitsch interior. Bad breakfast.

Review 3：It says four star hotel, but it is really no more than 3. Was really dirty, with mold in the bathroom, between the tiles The sink didn't work, it was full with dirty water when we arrived. Simply disgusting. The mattresses were really bed, not hotel type , especially not 4 star hotel type. Not enough towels , not enough pillows.

Review 6：The rooms are furnished tastefully, and are well isolated from noice. Very clean, really good food and friendly staff. I can really recommend this place.

Review 7：Carpet and sofa in room perhaps a little grubby. Air con didn't reach the sleeping area so it got a bit hot at night. Lift small and slow if busy and it's a lot of stairs to climb if you don't use the lift.

Review 8：Comfort and space of room, perfect for what we needed. All toiletries are provided including slippers and dressing gown. Breakfast basic but tasted good. Close to shopping mall with lots of food options and huge supermarket

Review 9：There was no guarantee that you will be able to use a parking spot, even though we reserved one when booking. There were simply too few spots available in the parking lot.

Review 11：I booked a lower floor room but when I was checking in I was told that only a room on the very top floor was available, I wanted to cancel the reservation because of this and I was told I would be charged €70 for the first night. The room stank of stale cigarette smoke and it wasn't possible to open a window to air it out. The only friendly staff I encountered throughout the stay was the room cleaning ladies all other staff went about as if they didn't want to be there or you were only an inconvenience to them. At breakfast only a machine for tea or coffee with cold water.

Review 27：I stayed 3 overnights at Mirage Hotel was extremely disappointed. The hotel is very shabby, there is mold in the bathrooms, broken tiles and old furniture. The location is fairly good, but the breakfast is very poor, the housekeeping rushes at 8am. morning in the room without knocking on the door. The parking lot is very small and there was no vacancy in the open area. This is not a 4 star hotel, and the price is quite high for the services it provides. I would not recommend it and will never come back.

Review 28：I think this hotel is over ranked. It definitely needs an upgrade to reach 4 stars. As it is right now, 3 stars is more than enough. Bathroom is quite old, wi fi was weak or absent.

Review 29：If you choose the studio by the picture you might be well disappointed with reality. The bed was falling apart. Under the matrass are just wooden planks, which you have to arrange. Don't sit at the edge!
