Review 2：The staff.They went out of there way to help us out by personally escorting us to the pharmacy as one of our party had a minor medical emergency.

Review 21：The personalized service at this hotel is what makes it stand out. first we arrive late and they extend the hours of the kitchen so that we can have a good meal. Then when ever we needed any thing they would come through to the point of walking with us two blocks to a bag repair shop. Juan Carlos the Manager went out of his way when we needed new tires for our motorcycles and found a place within minutes and drove us back even though we had checked out of the hotel by then. It is hard to find good service like that.
