Reviews for Pension Heino
Review 1:We chose to stay here since it was reasonably priced and had parking. Our room was comfortable (although a bit small as most European hotelsare). We had a balcony and view of the mountains. Owner was veryfriendly and breakfast was good. WiFi fine also. The best thing wasthat, because we stayed there two nights and it was still consideredsummer, we received a bus pass to get to Saas-Fee and the next day, for10 francs each, we got a pass that let us go on 3 lifts that were openincluding the Arctic Express- what a deal!!
Review 2:We spent one night here at the beginning of July. As a family of 4 we've got a 2 room unit, plenty of space, large balcony with a wonderful view. The owner was fantastic, she is very friendly and helpful, she directed us to a nice restaurant for dinner and she had some very good points for our early morning trip to Zermatt. Our kids loved her rock collection. The breakfast was good, the kids enjoyed the hot chocolate. We had a nice time here, greatly recommended.
Review 3:My son had a climbing accident, I booked this property at very short notice. The owner was very kind, nothing was too much trouble, made what could have been a very difficult few days much less stressful. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, food very good.
Review 4:Location, friendly staff and quiet place. One big bonus, staying in a hotel in the town is the free pass for cablecars.
Review 5:Warm , welcoming, friendly staff. Excellent value for simple overnight stay.
Review 6:Area quite expensive, however beautiful. In comparison other establishments were not cheaper.
Review 7:Lovely owner, very helpful.
Review 8:Perfect location, friendly service
Review 9:Unfortunate that the view from our balcony was of the school next door, but that is a very minor quibble.
Review 10:Owner proprietress was very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and the room was an excellent value for the area.
Review 11:Owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcome and provided a lotof really useful information without being asked. Fantastic breakfast.Great views from the room. Would definitely go back.
Review 12:We liked everything.
Review 13:Golda was a wealth of information, including weather, suggestions forroute of travel, weather reports in the proposed routes of travel.Dinner was fantastic. She dished up the dinner with you telling her whatyou wanted and how much of each item. Drinks were reasonable in price. The pension served half board which was great as we arrived very hungryand ready for dinner. She allowed us to split the bill between twofamilies. I believe all the rooms had balconies.
Review 14:The location is not awesome, but I'm being picky - Saas-Grund is not Saas-Fee and Heino is in the middle of two bus stops (it's not even a 5min walk to each, but it's a pain in ski boots!)
Review 15:Friendliness of staff, clean rooms, good shower, OK breakfast, feel welcomed, could use a room to leave bags/ change after ski on last day
Review 16:Nothing
