Review 1：The initial charge to my credit card was a bit of a surprise but was well and clearly handled..

Review 2：It is busy but quiet when it should be and always clean and welcoming.. It is convenient to the city and easy to find. The rates are good and staff accommodating...

Review 3：When I booked my room online I asked for a room with a bath. When I got there the man at the counter made an excuse that he hadn't seen it, and charged me an extra $23 for a room with a bath.

Review 4：They need to upgrade there appliances...to get a long 20 minute explanation why there was no microwave in the room is ridiculous. It smacks of a certain cheapness by the management.

Review 6：Felt that it was a little over priced for the sparseness of the room and the bedding felt a little worn which made me wonder about the cleanliness.

Review 7：Beds were comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.

Review 8：Too basic. Not even a towel rack to hang up bath towels. Absolutely nothing on the walls (no artwork, pictures so felt like you were in a shoe box) Tiny TV. No furniture except a tiny child size desk with the phone on it. (no table or anything to eat or play cards at). Really tiny bathtub so shower curtain even touching you when you tried to shower. Window that opened off the bathroom, but no screen on it so the room had flies buzzing in it when we arrived to check in. They didn't clean the room for us on day two so we had to go get our own supplies.

Review 12：The room was not in good condition , well used , why does a client have to ask for more towels and to re-- clean the room@bring the condition to the front desk? does the staff not take stock?

Review 14：The fridge was not encased in a cabinet and therefore was noisy. Higher end furniture would help to justify the cost of the room. The walls could have used a scrub or a splash of paint.

Review 18：Looks fancy on outside, but rooms are very plain. Insufficient parking. Thin walls. Nonsmoking inside rooms, but smoking allowed outside the rooms. Unfortunately, the smoke comes in thru the windows and doors. A simple breakfast would have been nice.

Review 19：Convenient location for our purposes. Clean. Fairly large room. Comfortable bed. Coffee pot in room. Staff provided local maps and information needed to locate café for breakfast.

Review 20：Front desk staff was impaired, calling to her boyfriend to bring another glass of wine. Abrupt and ineffectual, it was an annoying nuisance that I didn't need after a long day of travel. Conversely, the morning staff was pleasant and informative. Couldn't get wifi to work.

Noticed that the outer bowl of the toiled had something on it....wasn't cleaned the 4 days we were there. Also not really a con but found it odd they put the coffee pot and supplies in the bathroom when there is a table in the main area.

Review 44：The staff and facilities here are great. Excellent value for money! Location is close to lots of different dining options. A short drive to the dyke and dog park is easy if you bring a pet. The heated tile floors in the bathroom are lovely, and the in room amenities and lobby amenities are excellent. Can't say enough about how lovely the staff have been both times I have been here.

Review 76：Modern clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Very friendly reception on arrival and departure. Room allocated was on the upper floor and when we realised there was no lift we asked if there was a ground floor room available because we didn't fancy carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs. This was no problem at all and we were immediately given another room.

Review 87：After our first night when we came home from a day out housekeeping had left a dirty cleaning rag on the dresser, a dirty coffee cup and no new packets of coffee...when I took the items down to the front desk and got more coffee, there was no offer to compensate me...I paid for a clean room and had to do the work myself...disappointing.

The location is good, with two good restaurants directly across the street. Chilliwack is a bit off the beaten path but I'm glad we made the stop there.

Review 98：Our room had a stark, unfinished feel to it. There were no pictures or anything on the walls, hence no homey feeling. There was no Kleenex to be found in our room, either, which seemed strange. Minor details which add to the comfort of a stay.

Review 100：Very thick comforters that were way too hot. It would be nice if a thinner blanket were provided for the hot summer months. Noisy little fridge is located in sleeping area and should be moved to the coffee bar area across from he bathroom to muffle the noise. We had a room with 2 double beds. It would be nice if at least one bed were a queen as there is lots of room for larger beds. Lastly, we brought our own breakfast stuff so it would have been nice to have small table and chairs set to sit and eat.
