Review 1：The hotel was difficult to get around We arrived back to our room at about 11 p/m only to find an empty pizza box outside our door and there was evidence some-one had been in the room. This was disconcerting.

Review 6：Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. As there was no alternate room avail, we slept with our window open and fans on (in Dec). The manager and staff were very apologetic and offered a discount. Also, it is quite a walk from the lobby to the elevator when you have much luggage..

Review 21：we were checked in and given our key. once we went to our room and opened the door, we realized that someone else was already in the room (as there were 2 suitcases on the bed). We immediately closed door and went to my brother's room to call the front desk. They said they would send someone over. After 15 minutes of pacing, no one had arrived so my husband went to reception himself. Eventually someone from guest services came over and checked out the room and confirmed that s/o was there. They eventually gave us another room but there was really no apology from the clerk. Very disappointing; we were finally offered a free complimentary breakfast.

Review 23：It's been 15 years sine I stayed at this property and was pleasantly surprised by renovations that had been. Our room was high end with tasteful decorating and extra touches like crown molding in the room. Very nice.

Review 26：They didn't have a fridge in the room. When you pull out of the parking lot you can only turn right, then have to go into a Walmart parking lot to urn around and head in the other direction. This was annoying.

Review 37：Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room did not work, and when both my husband and I used the shower, the tub did not drain properly, causing a buildup of 4 inches of water in the tub while showering. In the morning when I mentioned this to the staff, they quickly gave me a discount on the room, which was unexpected and impressive.

Review 45：The mattress on the bed was extremely soft and saggy to the point that we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed. This helped a bit but still not comfortable at all. Needs new mattresses. The price seemed a little high for what the city seems to offer.

Review 56：This hotel needs refurbishing - at least the part we were in. It was the water that was our problem. They have turned the pressure so low that you only get a little water at a time.....You could barely clean your face cloth nor brush your teeth. It was frustrating. I spoke to the staff but there is nothing they can do..........You should check it out. Apparently they have "an Executive" section which we did not see.

Review 58：The only thing that I didn't like is the guy at the front desk didn't explain me where was the elevator. I was at the 4th floor and it was my first time there. He was looking at his papers and he just said it's there, with out showing me where was there. I found myself out side looking for the elevator. Beside that everything was perfect.

Review 59：The pool had been shut down for maintenance. We didn't realize this whole booking. We were very let down. The fridge also made a terrible noise in our room, which kept us up. We ended up having to unplug it. Also I believe the shower made a strange noise and also the bathroom door really needed a facelift. The prices were unbelievably high and the WiFi was terrible.

Review 64：This place is rooted in the 1980s and needs a major renovation. The decor is tired and dated and the plastic ivy in the disco ball style hangers in the dining room has to go! Breakfast was poor, with bacon that had been cooked hours previously and kept warm, making it like shoe leather. Scrambled egg not much better.

Review 76：The breakfast, was not up to standard. We arrived at 0830, items were almost gone( fruit and yogurt). When asked they did refill items. Our toast was cold by the time our server brought it and we had to ask for coffee refills. Maybe there was not enough staff , not sure. But we had to pay for this above our rom costs. The pool area was dark and some tiles were cracked and mildewed. Could use an upgrade.

Review 90：pull out couch bed was as expected not as comfortable as you hope but you get that were every you go. Wish that there was at least a free breakfast for the kids. (My family is 2 adults and 4 kids and this would make it much more affordable to do - my husband and I have stayed at this location once with our kids -loved it but now stay in another hotel in Fredericton which offers free breakfast. We usually now stay there with our kids as it is more affordable for us as a family of 6. The free breakfast could be limited to kids under 12 or 10 - get more families with small children this way.

Review 91：I stayed with my extended family here - 3 adults (me, my mom & sister) plus 6 kids (range of 5 to 15). The 2 rooms were large enough just wished we could have had them adjoined but was not able to at this time which worked out ok as the staff made sure we were close enough to each other.

But, once I adjusted and realized that the hotel was a relic from the past that is kept up well and is very clean....I kind of dug it. It's not like you see something from the 80s kept up to date...it's almost a niche now.

Review 94：This is a stop enroute to our summer home in PEI. It is easy to access from Hwy 2, room, service & staff very good. This is our third stay, the renovations since our last visit are excellent. We will be back next year!

Review 111：I booked 2 months ago and wanted adjoining rooms with 2 beds in each room, because we are a family of 5. Arrived we did have adjoining rooms but one bed in each. Went to front desk to ask if they had any other rooms available, she said yes we have a apartment with 3 beds, a little kitchen and less money per night, she took me up to look at it, I said great we will take it. We were happy, then we started moving our stuff up and she calls and says sorry that room was already book, argued with her awhile and she was not budging. So we were stuck in the 2 bed room that stunk so bad we had to keep the patio door open.

Review 112：We called the front desk in the morning for a new set of towels. It took about 30 mins for towels to arrive. Nothing major!

Review 113：This was our third stay at this location. Staff were very friendly and accommodated our special request of a duvet for our bed. Very clean and quiet. Upon leaving we were told about the loyalty program they have which we signed up for. The staff also informed me of their pet policy. Turns out they don't have restrictions on dog sizes. We will definitely visit again, next time with our sheppard!

My friend and I had wonderful food, served impeccably in your dining room. We were the last people there and we thoroughly enjoyed the staff there. They should all get a raise because it's because of them and the quality of your facility that I have and will continue to recommend it highly..We paid more by booking it ahead on Bookings.com but the lady at the desk was kind enough to offer us the executive suite.( to ease our woes, so to speak.) We were delighted. How Kind! We left with a wonderful impression of Fredericton.

Review 124：Hotel is older and has a musky smell in some sections of the hotel the restaurant is too busy in the morning for a quick breakfast. I sat down and waited 30 minutes at 8:15am and was not served, I had to leave 8:45 am as i had to be somewhere for 9am. You can't check out from your room, you have to check out at the counter.

Review 126：Old hotel/motel with lovely new addition. We stayed in the old part, a looong way from the main desk. Cracked tiles in the bath. Parking outside the door therefore 2 entrances, one from the hall as well. Beside a busy mall parking lot and a little way off the main highway.
