Review 1：Cleaning: Some of the cleaning staff was really stinking, as if they haven't showered for over a months. It was so disgusting we asked them not to clean our room. We still had to ask the cleaning lady to change the toilet roll. She spent two minute in our room, and it was just vile. We had to open the window and air the room for half an hour. Also some of the cleaning staff were walking barefoot. The cleaners did not clean - they did not hoover, did not wash the dishes, did not replace the the glasses in the bath, did put new soaps, did not clean the surface next to the sink in the bath. All the did was put the blankets on the beds and change the towels. On out first day our room was not 'cleaned' at all - we had to ask reception twice to get it cleaned. On our third day - the cleaners knocked on our door on the morning. When we asked them to come back later, they said 'No' they can clean now or not at all because they were busy - It is very rude to talk to guests like that, and very poor service from the hotel. Services: The hotel does not provide safes in the rooms - instead guests need to hire one in reception. The hotel is a classified as 4 star - however you do not get toiletries as you would normally get in a 4 star hotel. There is only an all-in-one soap dispenser in the shower. The hotel is on the beach - however it does not supply beach towels (and you still need to pay for umbrellas and deck chairs)

Review 2：Location is good, straight on the beach. Reception team was nice

Review 3：Disco on the beach - you will not open the windows during the night, you'll hear it even with closed. Free area of the beach is extra small.

Review 7：WiFi free only on the reception, and bad internet connection. Althoughthe hotel is right on the beach, it doesn't have its own beach andone has to pay 30lv (15 euro) per day for the places.

Review 9：Only some members of the hotel staff can speak English and some of themwere more busy with foto-shopping their pictures in the computer thannoticing our arrival and request for check-in.... There is no internetin the rooms (well, there is – but you have to pay for it – if weremember well it's about 3 bgn per 1/2 hour – when you'vealready paid for the accommodation, these days it's a big shame). Ofcourse, the hotels is situated at the beach but you have to pay forchaise longues and umbrellas separately. Beside that quite ok.

Review 10：We liked the localisation (at the sea side), we liked the room (spacyand comfortable). Breakfast wasn't also that bad.

Review 13：While some of the staff were very helpful, others were a bit uninformed regarding basic things like bus stops, or leisure options in the area such as boat trips.

Review 14：Location is perfect - take the elevator and you're at the beach. The hotel beach wasn't too crowded, nice cafe and food facilities in and near the hotel. Good location for walks to Old Town as well. Room was clean and spacious, with beautiful sea view from the balcony. It gets loud at night from the nearby disco, but if you close the balcony doors it is fine.

Review 15：- this was clearly NOT a 4 star hotel; at the reception there was a sign indicating the 3 stars of the hotel; - we stayed at the 6th floor, the rooms there are much smaller than the ones from the floors 1-5; - the bathroom was basically a shower with toilet; - when the HVAC equimpents were started (on the top of the hotel) there was a loud noise in the room; - the bedding was old and rather yellow (and not the initial white); - the food was poor; lucky us we stayed only 2 nights, so eating eggs for that long wasn't a problem; - WiFi is not free everywhere in the hotel, only at the reception/lobby; in the rooms, you had to pay for WiFi

Review 19：the hotel is clearly NOT a 4 star one (already at the reception, you can only see a sign with 3 remaining stars) the rooms on the 6th floor are a joke, much smaller than the other ones on the loweer floors the staff is passive, non-friendly the airconditioning in the room has an airport sound when started in the rooms at the 6th floor you can loudly hear the HVAC equipments when started (on the roof of the hotel) the bed clothes were old and rather yellow (instead of the initial white) the breakfast is poor, low quality - basically what you can eat are the egg-based products and the vegetables. the rest looked and tasted rather dangerous there is WiFi everywhere, but only at the reception is it free, in the rooms you will have to pay for it

Absolutno vsichko se chuva ot susednata staq, koridor, bluskat se vrati postoqnno.ne si zaslujava 150 leva na vecher za dvoina staq.

Review 22：- The "sea view" was in fact a "side view" with another hotel in front of our windows, at less than 15 meters. This is in fact a lie when they sell "sea view"! - Breakfast is really bad (low quality sausages, minimal cooked stuff, hooch drinks) and is mandatory included in the price - Staff does not speak English or other foreign language. - The guy from the restaurant was really unprofessional. Of course, no foreign language speaking. We waited a lot for the food to be prepared.

Review 24：- poor quality of the food and unattractive presentation - poor command of English, difficult to communicate with both the staff as well as top management - buffet breakfast and dinner lack the variety and food is not replenish in time - poor service at the a-la-carte restaurant, e.g. we have ordered drinks, entries, and main dishes with side dishes and have been served within 1 ½ hours partially salads, side dishes, cold bread and after that they let us know that let us know that main dishes will take another ½ hour while have been just 3 tables occupied - General Manager, who even did not let us know her name, was rude and un-polite with us as she was having some friends taking diner and not enough staff in the kitchen - bills for hotel and restaurant have been only in Bulgarian and when asked for details the staff has been not cooperative - poor sound insulation of the room – you could not sleep until 5 a.m. as they have a disco on the ground floor / sea side - poor quality of the cleanliness – bathroom shower area with mold, carpet dusty, furniture in the balcony dirty, linen worn out
