Review 1：They have a ladybug infestation. Wasn't as bad this time--about 1/2 dozen--but last time there were several dozen. Check-in staff didn't have a very friendly demeanor (though check-out staff were great). Worst shower heads I've ever experienced.

Review 2：Rooms were very spacious and beds were uber comfortable. Hot tub was very nice... pool was okay but needed to be heat (was too cold to enter w/ my baby). Location was perfect for my trip. Got a GREAT deal on Booking.com... 35% or 40% off.

Review 5：On this occasion I was selected as "guest of the day", so I received some snacks in my room. These snacks consisted of fruit and a couple of muffins. This was really appreciated. The room had a nice view of the gardens and was nice & clean, as well as quiet.

Review 7：This hotel was located close to all shopping, as well as the hotel restaurant was pleasurable as well as the hostess and waiter who served us. Staff at the front desk were, ready to serve and enjoyable to deal with.

Review 8：Waited too long for supper, and very few people in the dining room eating. We invited guests to join us in your lounge for drinks, we could not believe the high prices. Won't do that again. Elevator down for days!!!!

Also didn't like being asked for change and theamount of homeless people in the park behind the hotel. Did not feelsafe walking through there with small kids. But as people have warned meit is Chilliwack and we were only there for Cultus Lake Waterpark, andthe Vedder River Inn had no vacancy. Great for the price

Review 17：I requested a call from the manager upon check out. Haven't heard anything yet. I'm not surprised. It's very rare to find a service industry that actually cares about the experience their guests have. I'm not confused on how these surveys work. It's just a fake way to make people feel that their opinion matters. It really doesn't.

Review 18：Staff is amazing, they were short staffed that day, and still they all had a smile, even though they were extra busy. The girls working the restaurant Sat morning of the long weekend were so busy but still very pleasant and helpful!!

Review 19：The serving of dinner was so slow and the staff just let us sit their for 30 minutes without any information. The glass wine I order finally ddint come. The steak, 100% done, no taste at all.

Review 20：The front desk staff were rude and condescending. The room was on the third floor. .. it was dirty...every surface including the floor. The toilet had a urine ring around the toilet bowl. I left the hotel for another hotel for my 2nd night.

Review 21：Canada does not have the ada, so the bathroom was very hard for mymother - who uses a walker - to navigate. And because there were norailings, she was unable to use the bathtub/shower.

Review 27：I had called two days before check in to ask if a play pen would be available for my 2 year old daughter. They said it would be available. So, I didn't bring our own from home. Upon check in, the staff advised me that a play pen was not available and that what they could offer me is an air mattress. I explained that this would not work for us and if I had known one would not be available I would have brought my own. We left for the day and upon our arrival back at the hotel, there was no play pen or an air mattress. After several calls back and forth with the front desk, the staff admitted that they gave 2 play pens to another room in error and that they would try to get it back. They eventually did and we got the play pen but overall that experience was disappointing. We had to push them to figure something out for us. They did not go out of their way to ensure we were satisfied.

Review 42：Modern, clean environment. We booked strictly because the wedding reception was here and our life would be easy. Food at the reception was amazing! Looked like regular buffet but the flavours were fantastic. Once we stepped away from the reception the noise did not follow. Nice peaceful sleep. Up to date hotel great staff.

Review 43：houskeeping staff fell short of finishing their jobs. Bed not made completely one day, not replenishing the coffee cups or condiments another day, or replacing the glass in bathroom. Keys wouldn't work on last day, and had to get them "re-activated", which caused some inconvenience, as I was on 5th floor and had to go back down (albeit in an elevator). the pool area ect is not very easy to accesss and the elevator to that area was not working on that weekend, due to some mishap with a wedding party? So didn't use those faucilites. Overall fairly expensive for what I got. Restaurant prices were high, but not that bad, and I enjoyed being there.

Review 44：Front Entrance and Back view, were really lovely. The front desk staff very helpful The bathroom was very clean and well "stocked" with pleasantries. The restaurant was excellent, staff , menu and food, good choice of beverages also.

Review 45：I was travelling alone and I was tired and hungry. I sat at the bar and the staff made me feel so welcome. I could not get over how prompt the service was, how friendly the staff were, and how great the food was. The property is also very nice with a great view of the huge pond from the lounge and restaurant. I also appreciated the free parking.

Review 46：Kudos to Coast staff at this hotel! Informed, helpful and welcoming, they made our stay a wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptional, from the rosemary bodywash in the bathrooms to the meticulous housekeeping and the amazing fresh decor! The restaurant offers a unique menu, with vegan options. Every guest request is addressed with hospitality! We will definitely be frequent visitors to this delightful oasis in the Valley.

Review 47：The only thing that got to me was, I was staying three nights, they picked up the room after the first night( towels,pulled up the bed,emtyed the trash and so on). The second night the maid service must have forgot I was their another night, the room wasn't taken care of.
