Review 1：WiFi will not work in the rooms. In the kitchen there is not much equipments for cooking there, we needed to buy everything ourself. Security guys were so rude, if we come earlier and key left with family member begind us, they will not want to open the gate, instead they shouted us that we should have keys or be always together. Cleaning personnel so smelly (sorry cant use another word), after they clean we needed to open all windows to refresh the rooms. They should take shower, especially in summer. No breakfast, and hotel restaurant does not work.

Review 2：Reception girls were so helpful and assist on everything. Appartments are so good, you can leave easily 6-8 people in there. There is a nice pool for kids, and place for kids to play. Our kids loved those areas.

Review 3：No restaurant in the complex in 2015, a little bit far from the beach (around 20-25 minutes). No animation team as they told in description.

Review 9：Parking was tough because of lack of sufficient number of parking lots. The capacity of the hotel definitely does not match the parking space.

Review 39：Our studio was on the first floor and we had constantly insects entering into the room - spiders, flies, etc. I bought antiinsect spray and solve the problem for us, but in my opinion the hotel management should solve this problem in general. We were with our dog and had an egreement with the staff that chambermaid should not enter into the room and only to collect garbage from the patio. Anyway this happened only 3 times for our 10 days stay. There are many russians in the complex and they have very strange habbit - to reserve their parking places putting emergency triangle or bottles with water!?!?!?! For God sake people, stop doing it. It's not Russia here, it's Europe. There are planty of parking spaces but they use this method to reserve most convenient for them. Management of the hotel and security staff should solve this problem because it is very irritating for all other guests of the complex!!!

Review 40：We were in a studio - very comfortable, spaciously and well furnished. The swiming pool is clean and large enough. The place is calm and perfect for families with children. There is a small restaurant in the complex with very polite staff and more then reasonable prices.
