Sunrise All Suites Resort- All Inclusive sells fast on our site. This apartment complex is 1.9 miles north of Obzor and only 650 feet from the 4-km-long beach. It offers air-conditioned apartments with bathtubs. Apart Hotel Sunrise has its own parking lot and underground garage.
You can choose from a selection of Bulgarian and international dishes at the restaurant. There is also a supermarket available if you prefer to prepare your own meal.
The Sunrise features a rehabilitation centre with a gym, a sauna and a massage centre. A room for children is provided at the Apart Hotel. It is close to the swimming pool and the restaurant.
Opened in May 2012, the organic pond has flowers imported from the Netherlands and Italy. Shops with beach accessories, clothes and souvenirs are located within the complex.
Bourgas International Airport is 37.3 miles south of the resort, while Varna International Airport is 37.3 miles north of the Sunrise.

Review 1：Only one person at reception for check in/check out/info => queues and people trying to get ahead of others. Food could be improved.

Review 14：Everything was nice: the weather, the road to Obzor, the hotel's architecture, free parking, friendly staff, sea and pools view (not a single noise coming from outside), good food and extremely delicious cakes.

Review 15：The biggest disappointment came with the distance to the beach. The hotel claims to be 200m from the beach. What they (not very ethically) will not share is that actually there are 4 sizeable buildings and 200m is the distance from the closest one. From the furthest (where we were accommodated) the distance is little approx. 1km or 12 minutes normal pedestrian walk. If you add two small kids, baby trolley and all the beach accessories the trip gets between 15 and 20 minutes one way. If you don’t plan to stay all day at the beach, we talk of 4 times 15 minutes under the sun (no trees on the way). For us this economical or manipulative (make your choice) way of describing the distance to the beach was big frustration! Few areas for improvement: - the so called “juices” are actually some dubious triumphs of the chemical industry. Their appearance spoils the impression of otherwise nice breakfasts. - like many other hotels Sunrise makes the surprising choice to cut costs the coffee! For many of us substandard coffee is not the best way to start your day - alcohol is in the “all inclusive” system with some irritating cost cutting tricks. For instance “rakia” (Bulgarian grape based strong alcohol) “Aheloy” is included but it is of such poor quality (a fact known by all the bartenders) that it should be abandoned all together. - the animation team was good (taking care of kids) during the day. The evening programs were however incredibly dull and amateurish. The enthusiasm and the charm of the animators was not able to compensate for the lack of creative ideas and professionalism. Finally it may be useful for future visitors to know that the beach in Obzor has several small (but still) disadvantages: - the sand grains are bigger (compared to the south from Burgas) - the see gets deep quite quickly (not the best option if you have some small kids)

Review 16：First of all let me say big THANK YOU! to the entire personnel of Sunrise All Suites resort! In our case we have experienced not only good service but also sincerely friendly service! The apartment was ok (de lux was perhaps a bit misleading). The lack of cutlery was a bit of surprise – does every tourist buy his own wine opener!? The size of the TV shows that the owners were very economical ☺ in their investments. Internet (the paid one) was not really working in our apartment.

Review 17：Where do I start!!! They promote the hotel as quiet, however thats notthe case at all. The noise coming from the windows is horrible,especially if your room is exposed to the main road, there is no soundisolation whatsoever. Note That even some of the Sea View apartments areexposed to the main road. There is 3 apartments on every floor, themiddle one is completely exposed to the sea side, the 2 side ones havetheir bedrooms on the road side, and living room on the sea side (whichis ridiculous, why would you put the bedrooms on the noisy side?!?)There is 4 buildings, 2 of them are not opened yet I believe. Building 2holds the Restaurant only, building 3 has the luxury apartments,building 4 holds reception and standard apartments. From building 4where the apartments are you need to walk 3-400 meters to building 2 toget some food. The lobby bar is located in building 4, but its notincluded in the all inclusive concept. Which means you need to walk 400meters to even get a glass of water. Drinks were served in tiny plasticcoffee cups, unless u ask for a bigger one (the bartenders get reallyupset when you ask for a big glass). So not only that you need to walkfor 400 meters to get a water, but you need to fight the bartenders togive you a big glass, instead of a 50ml one. There is no water machinesanywhere but the restaurant (Happy walking huh, especially if you arewith elderly people). Personnel's manners equal zero! They badmouthguests all the time, talk in a very very rude and unpolite manner toeach other, they fight in front of guets. Management system is non-existent. All toilets were stinking and some of the public onesdidn't even have basics like toilet paper or soap. Food - omg,horrid!!!!!!!! They are using the cheapest of the cheapest products onthe market (I am Bulgarian, I know the brands, I know the prices).Everything is cooked from leftovers from the night before.

Review 18：Poor food and drinks. The whole all inclusive concept was poor. Poor internet connection. Distance to the beach where you have to pay for everything (except umbrelas).

Review 20：The hotel has no clear geographical positioning (its address is actually outside Obzor). All apartments (1 and 2 bedrooms) were endowed with just one TV set in the living room. Air conditioning was set at 24 degrees, with no possibility to lower the temperature if necessary. The AC filters were not cleaned. The food was mediocre and often recycled, the fruit was not washed. No available free wi fi in the rooms.The check out involved a waiting time to have the room controlled, quite frustrating given that they supposedly register your credit card as guarantee.

Review 21：The resort is very close to the beach (2 min walking). The hotel has a well kept private beach for its guests. We enjoyed the fact that there was quite a wide variety of activities available for the guests and a pleasant entertainment programme. There are plenty of comfortable common spaces to hang out and the pools were very nice.

Review 22：The fact that I wasn't aware that there were 4 separates buildings,and the distance to the beach is much more then 200m, as presented. Thisis rather 800m if you stay in the farther flat as we did. The one yousee in the pictures is the main one, for the VIP's, so don'tthink you have much chances to stay there. As about the food, prepareyourself for a cheap all inclusive food and service. The facility is farto be a "fabulous" one.
