Review 1：I didn't have a wifi in my building neder in pool and bar area ! The owners need to be more tolerant wen the guests facing some misunderstandings as some of them don't spend all their live in hotels!!! So, please, don't talk to me unkindly and rudely on the phone! You are the professional, not I , and show it !!! Unfortunately, " the bulgarian manner " to managing everything is still on! We need to understand much deeply what "professionally " and "politely "s mean!!!

Review 2：️I liked the location and all facilities. The food was great. My niece was very happy there. The staff was excellent. And one small details I just love- there was a big mirrors around . Also the another guests was quite and polite.

Review 3：It would be nice to have internet connection in the room. It wasn't always convenient to walk to the main lobby in order to be connected to wifi. And next year we are planning to stay at Perla Beach Hotel 1 as Perla Beach Hotel 3 is quite dated but nevertheless our room was comfortable with free Air-conditioning, modern bathroom and balcony, fridge and a TV.

Review 4：The hotel is located very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Every day our breakfast was very good, pancakes, selection of serials and fresh fruit and vegetables, scrambled eggs, dosages and cold ham. But best of all was friendly staff who spoke good English and were always very helpful. My son loved the slides in the swimming pool. Overall a very good place to stay.

Review 5：The rooms are very small, and our room smells of mold, furniture are very old, bed not comfortable. Bathroom extremely small, and sink doesn't work well. Not recommend for travelers have higher standards.

Review 10：No shower section in the bathroom. The bathroom was a joint shower andtoilet room. Noise of the conditioner which was cooling the neighbourroom - the outside conditioners for two rooms were in front of ourbalcony door. We had to put a blanket on the conditioner to screen thenoise and dream at night with the opened window - we didn`t like to bein locked room without fresh air. It was rather fresh at night. Acemetery not far from the hotel - just in front of the beach. Sitting inthe beach you can see recent graves. Only chargeable places in the nearbeach - very small area for free. Severe restrictions on swimming in thesee at medium waves. But in saying the truth a man of 35 drown in thesee inspite of the ban on swimming. On depature the stuff tried to getmoney from us but couldn`t explain a formal reason of the demand. We hadeverything prepaid and refused to pay - they gave up.
