Review 1：Close to the beach. Close to the town centre but far enough to avoid noises. Sophia at hotel reception was very helpful and done the extra mile. All staff were polite.

Review 20：The staff was very unhelpful and impolite. We were told that there is nobody to help us with the luggage as it is not a 5* hotel. No actual parking for the hotel, guests have to park their vehicles in the forest near by. The rooms are small. Carpets are stained and dirty. We are a couple and we had two single beds pushed together to imitate a double bed (with a hole in the middle). Bathrooms are tiny with a shower curtain and an acient hairdrier. The structure of the hotel is very old and nothing has been refurbished for at least 10-15years. We deeply regret staying in this hotel even for one night and we rushed to leave in the morning because we didnt want to stay a minute longer in this self proclaimed 4* hotel.

Review 22：The hotel is 3* Maximum !!! We asked for double bed (we even mentioned it in our reservation) and we received 2 singles. We had been told that they will add us a mattress and we left to the beach, After we came back they didn't change it and they said that they don't have double mattress, they suggested us to move to apartment BUT with additional payment !!! besides : - The bathroom is very small and not convenient - The curtain in the shower doesn't fit to the shape of the shower, so all the bathroom is very wet - The curtain has very bad smell - it made the shower smells very bad - Breakfast is very poor - as it is all inclusive hotel (we took only breakfast) - there are big quantities of very bad food without any variety - No wifi in the rooms or in the restaurant - On our 2nd night - the toilet was broken (they fixed it after) - The staff isn't professional and the staff in the restaurant is very rude (Finally we didn't use our breakfast as the service was terrible and the food was even worse) all I can say is - DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL !!! This is the worse 4* hotel I've ever been, I can even say that it is the worse 3* hotel I've ever been
