Review 1：Nothing! Everything was super. No views, but not expected anyway!
Review 2：Contemporary, clean, re-furbished spacious apartment. Warm welcome and excellent value. Great to have ones own space rather than a hotel room.
Review 3：I had to buy the shampoo and the soap, because there was no them in the apartment. And there wasn't the hair dryer there.

Review 8：The facilities were great! We didn't have time to go to the gym and sauna, but looked really nice. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Review 9：There was 3 tvs, but only one worked, (not that i wanted to watch tv in the bathroom) but the TVs dont have HDMI port so the console was useless and it got boring for my parner.
Review 10：This is an apartment so because i stayed 4 nights it was much better than a hotel, there was a fridge so i could keep food fresh and a cooker and microwave to cook hot food, saving me 4 nights of restaurant bill! Also very comfortable with a large bed a large comfy sofa. I recommend.

Review 13：The apartment was very clean and sleek. 3 tvs!! The bed was great! Iread reviews about the foam bed being an issue, but it's thestandard here in Europe, no issues here! The lady at reception is anabsolute doll!! Great location as well. Steps away from the bus station.I was here for 4 days and it was fantastic!!

Review 17：Well maintained small apartment in in heart of Genk. Close to all services and next to train/bus station. Apt was very clean, offered a modified kitchen with 2 burner stove. Cooking utensils were basic but functional. We are not used to foam mattress and that did disrupt sleep but not hotel fault. Elevator is a bit wonky but it works. Covered underground parking @5€/day was well worth it. Sauna and exercise room available. Excellent location to visit most of Belgium, southern Netherlands, west Germany which are all within 20 to 30 minutes drive. We were visiting relatives and will return again staying here. Staff was darling and outstanding.

Communications are well received; the stay here is comfortable, welcoming as 'home', and the accommodations of Aparthotel Esplanada at Centrum Genk are fully provided or within access. Ik ben satisfied ( extended my stay. . . will happily return )

Review 48：Check in took rather a long time reflecting the fact the hotel is not really geared to short stays. It is an apartment hotel. Would have been nice to have dishwasher soap in the room.

Review 52：In my room was impossible to open the window because of the "window-curtain-rail", so I had to breathe the same air for three days, it seemed to be no other ways of getting some real-world-air. Also, the big window, in my case, gave directly on the sidewalk, so you had to choose between sunlight and privacy. For me it was not a real problem, but maybe for someone can be (although this is true just for the few ones with the very same room I had)
