Review 1：Neighborhood is old and not maintained. Didn't feel very comfortable in the beginning to walk alone but I had no bad expiernce.
Review 2：Friendly personel - very helpful. Location is OK but you need to like to walk. Beach is at few minutes walk. I prefer the beach side versus city center as the center is not alive.
Review 3：- Very simple breakfast - Personal dont speak english - Room was not really clean - My shower was damaged and only had cold water, but after one day they repaired it
