Review 1：When I told the reception that I have got problems with the TV channels the highly intelligent answer was I should try to change them with the remote ???????? And I had to wait for 25 mins some guy to finish his lunch so he can let me out of the car park it was 34'C and i had 4 years old with me

Review 3："-" : - No food variety (almost the same food every day with few changes in menu) - No private beach at the Black Sea - No snack bar, only few so called "pancakes" and french fries - Toilet near the pool was from 2 centuries ago... (no locking system, no light of any kind, no ventilation) - Poor English level for the staff - Confusing information in almost every department - Toilet leaking in the room (we asked for somebody to fix it, but after 2 days we gave up) - The air conditioning system not working properly (bad smell and no effect on cooling and drying functions) - Nothing to do after 12 P.M., when the lobby bar closes

Review 5：- Parking shouldn't be advertised. There is none and in this place it can be a big problem, because streets around are crowded and parking is forbidden on many of them. (Don't pay for that). - Breakfast. (Awful cofee). - Only rooms meet 4* standard.

Review 7：There was no way to contact the hotel on a Saturday, as nobody was picking up the phone or answering their email, which leaves you wondering, if everything is ok. The parking is practically non-existent, you'll have to find a spot somewhere on some street, which will be hard. The wi-fi in the room was horrible - 60 kbps download, which means that the wi-fi is practically non-existent as well.

Review 8：The rooms and the service in them are great. It's clean, the breakfast is amazing, the lady that makes the pancakes was super friendly. Great location, right on the beach.

Review 9：1. No WI-FI in the most of the rooms! There are in the lobby bar, but it's frequently overloaded. 2. No parking! The widely advertised "free parking" is just a 5-6 car places in front of the hotel. They are permanently occupied. 3. No animation. There are four girls with TUI t-shirts who do nothing all day and walk like hit air fighters across the hotel areas. No disco, no songs, no games, no sports, no jokes, nothing. 4. The food is good, but no variety. No thematic evenings, very little seafood. The only fruits are peaches, watermelons, green pears, plums. No bananas, oranges, apples.... 5. Drinks are very cheap, no tasty, very low quality wines. Only beer is normal.

Review 10：The only thing which was matched the four stars of this hotel is the very spacious and good equipped rooms. They are clean, well-kept, with nice sea view. Actually the all hotel and belonging areas are clean and good maintained.

Review 11：No WiFi in the rooms, only a very slow one in the loby. No fitness facilities. The bar besides the pool makes noice and plays loud music untill midnight. Parking may be problematic, there are very few places and they come on an additional cost.

Review 19：много разочарователна почивка.Vi blev väldigt besvikna på rad många saker som omvandlade vår semester till arbetsdagar. The hotel is given 4* but complies to no more than a 3*. It is mainly run as All inclusive but also sells basic packages. For all beer supporters this is a major problem because only All inclusive guests has the right to drink draft beer, all the rest are forced to drink bottled beer with a lot of spirt. It is impossible to buy food during the non-eating hours, in other words there is no A-la carte restaurant where you can eat when you feel hungry. (No tooth peaks on the tables.) If you are going there with a baby, better do not do it, (I wouldn't do it again even if it was free). There is no normal way (footpath) from the hotel to the pool side, the only one where you can go with a baby trolly is always busy because it is used as delivery point for the hotel, and there are constantly trucks or cars blocking it. There is no one trolly ramp(way) on the stairs in the pool area. I don't want to think of you if you have twins. The play ground areas ( which suits only kids above 4 years of age) are always busy because the 4* hotel is a part of a group with three 3* hotels with same name, and in those three 3* hotels there are often groups with kids. People from those 3* hotels are using everything in the 4* hotel and basically everything acts as one 3* complex. It is impossible to get the quality of 4* service in such an environment, so don't think for a second that you are going to a 4* hotel and you vill spend a pleasant and wonderful holiday. They actually charge for a 4* but offer 3* service.
