Review 1：Radiator in the bathroom is cold. No breakfast available. No chair besides the sofa. TV remote control was not working properly. Bed mattress is unstable. No bottle opener or a little silverware.

Review 3：Shambolic fulfilment and entry process - no confirmation email, very limited check in hours (ends 1900), no out of hours service, no link to booking.com, no knowledge of arrival, forced to pay cash before i could even open the door to chat. This is a very old school process and should not be listed on booking.com. Basically the owner leaves the keys with an old couple in a flat a block or two away. If they are there and they can contact the owner and you can pay cash you get a key - if any of the above are not, you don't!

Review 5：No reception, difficult to find the place and get the keys. No breakfast, very unpleasant contacts with the owner. No charm. No one present at the place so very poor service.

Review 7：The key has to be picked up at the nearby cafeteria, there was no reference to it in the description of the hotel. The price had to be payed in cash, it is very unusual for booking.com bookings, usually the price is directly deducted from the credit card.
Review 8：The lady responsible was very kind and brought us the breakfast the evening before since we had to leave very early the next day to be able to catch the ferry in good time.
Review 9：Noisy at the front so windows closed on a hot night but air con worked well.
Review 10：Freedom to come and go. Good continental breakfast across the road. Very central for the shops and beach. Plenty of public transport. free parking 20 mins away. 30 mins free close to the flat. Clean and modern.
