Review 1：The heater in the room was very noisy. Didn't get a good night's sleep because of the noise.

Review 2：Stayed in St Catherines for New Years Eve concert at the falls because rooms in Niagara were outrageously expensive. Good price considering the falls is not far away.

Review 3：My mom booked this hotel for me to spend Christmas day with my family in. I don't have a credit card so like she usually does because I rent hotels frequently I just pay her after. I arrive at the front desk and i am told by the front desk clerk that regardless of my 100 dollar cash deposit and the fact they already had my mother's credit card information and rented off expedia already, I would not be allowed to stay there next time without a credit card of my own. That the man I talked to on the phone who was working the night before when I called to ask that a crib be put in the room which wasn't there even tho he said it would be, was going to be hearing about this later. That they don't allow people from town to stay at their hotels without their own credit cards because if you live in town and rent a hotel whatever your there for isn't anything good. So what profession or illegal habits she was accusing me of i can only imagine. So to this I reply that I was just here with my baby for Christmas with my boyfriend how much trouble are we going to make here. To which she replied "I have seen some stranger things" to which I'm not exactly sure she was trying to say.But it wasn't good. So i grab the door card as she reminds me this won't happen again. I rented a room at your hotel so I could relax and take my 8 month old in the pool. Lay back and relax in the room and not have to cook breakfast or clean dishes and make beds the next day. I'm a 40 yr old woman with a baby and a family and didn't appreciate one bit whatever this ignorant woman was trying to accuse me of. I can easily walk from my house to the hotel which made it a perfect get away since I can stay there and walk home any time to let my dog out. But because of the ignorance and apparent policy of your establishment. I won't ever stay here again. I picked st.catharines instead of niagra because of its close location to my house.

Review 5：Could not turn on the cold water in shower so i couldn't take a shower in the morning before leaving there I told the desk but they didn;t say anything

Review 6：We booked on a price from booking.com for 6 days but when we went to pay after our stay the $103 price per day was only for three days then went up to $191 for the weekend. Not satisfied from booking or hotel. Really wrecked a nice visit and stay-- buyer beware!!!

Review 8：Reservations through booking.com don't show up on the front desk registration; therefore took half an hour at desk and manager assistance before staff could confirm we had a room booked. The staff were friendly and helpful but this glitch caused some worry as initially it appeared we didn't have a reservation at the hotel!!

Review 9：I killed a spider in my room. I spoke to two housekeeping staff in the morning and they were not overly friendly. Not about the spider just good morning after breakfast and once again after I got my belongings and was leaving the hotel to tell them I was done in my room.

Review 11：i didn't like being so close to the highway (the QEW). We were unable to enter the side door from the parking lot. The key did not work in that door. Other than that, it was great.

Review 12：I liked the size of the room, the comfort of the beds and the breakfast. I enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool and using the whirlpool. It was great that we were allowed entry to our room at 1 p.m instead of 4 p.m.

Review 13：I did not like that you advertised a king bed with sofa bed, but when Iregistered, I could only choose 2 adults. When I contacted the hotel,they said they switched me to a room with 2 queen beds. Then when I gotto the hotel, I was charged an extra $20 for another extra adult. Iwent with this hotel because of the king bed and sofa bed. I could havegone anywhere else if I would have known this. I was and still notimpressed with the false advertising. I will never go to this hotelagain because of that.

Review 14：Breakfast buffet finished at 9:30 so there were line ups by 8:30. A stop time of 10AM would be better. The rooms (carpet & wallpaper mostly) need updating.

Review 15：The staff are very friendly and helpful. You feel like you are welcomed there. The location is excellent. 10 ro 20 mins away from everything in the Region.

Review 52：The breakfast is one of the poorest I have encountered recently. There was almost no choice and very few healthy options. I would much prefer to pay for a better breakfast option.

Review 61：You couldn't get a better location, only a minute off the QEW. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff (we needed to find a bank branch). Our room was quite large and exceptionally clean with an extremely comfortable king bed. Our buffet breakfast was delicious and hot with just about everything right there. When we found out that there were a lot of rowers in the hotel (Henely week rowing) we were kind of leery about the noise level. Not to worry, the rowers must have been in bed early as we didn't hear a thing. Would we stay here again - absolutely.
