Review 1：The staff were very dull, un-emphatic, the tv was WAY too small and very limited channels. The service was slow in housekeeping and repAir (for the tv) and the bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked to have seen. There were hairs in the sink upon our arrival.

Review 2：The potential in this hotel is incredible but it lacked pizazz. The location was perfect and the pool and spa in the winter were fun!

Review 3：Until an employee was dumping chlorine into the hot tubs while people were still in it. They were going to be closed in an hour. This should happen after closing.

Review 13：Very comfortable and cozy condo, all bathrooms were extremely clean and modern, kitchen also was good, I would suggest you move to keurig style coffee machines and guests could bring their favourite brews, etc.

Review 14：- could not adjust the heat - only one ice machine worked in the whole building... - got kicked out of pool and hot tub due to weather... mean while it was not that bad & we pay 2% to use the facilities. It should of been requested but not kick us out.

Review 15：Door to room stuck, had to shoulder it to open, Fireplace didn't work, our room was close to the elevators on the second floor and 2 of the 3 of them were really noisy...woke us up early and couldn't go back to sleep

Review 26：Some of the hotel receptionist need to know that some smiling would be necessary in this job. One of them even answered a question typing something without even looking at me giving me the impression that she does not have time for me and that i am wasting her time. Not nice at all. If i go to blue mountains again, i will not choose Mosaic. Why can't they have wifi in the rooms too?

Review 30：Unfortunately, the dishwasher did not work properly as it's not secured and would not finish a cycle. Staff was quick to respond but the issue came back the second day too. I found the halls noisy around midnight both night.

Review 31：The room was comfortable for the three of us. The kitchenette was very well equipped and all dishes and utensils were very clean. When my son had trouble connecting to the free WiFi, staff connected him and allowed him to have it free in the room. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hut tub. The location was great, close to everything.

Review 32：Pool was ice cold staff insisted it was heated. Nobody was swimming in it. Sauna was filthy. Staff not friendly other than at the desk. Not enough chairs by pool and if you manage to get one after say 15, 20 minutes the staff remove your personal belongings from the chair, absolutely not acceptable. We were in the sauna at the time.

Review 50：We visited in the heat of summer. The hotel ran out of ice. When we approached staff at the front desk we were told we would just have to wait until the machine made more. The machine on the 3rd floor was out of order all together. The front desk staff at night were not polite. When we were arriving back to the hotel around 12:30 we said have a good night and she didn't even acknowledge us. We were a group of 50 + year old women. We were not drunk or being rude. I had also asked for early check in . I received a call at 4pm to say the room was ready so this was not granted. If you are spending a lot of money to stay for 2 nights in a hotel, $1,500 + you shouldn't have to pay parking on top of that. Leave the ice bucket on the kitchen table so people can find it. Ours was in the cupboard above the fridge.

Review 51：When we checked in the staff member was very polite. When we asked for extra towels, as there was 5 of us, the cleaning staff were great and gave them to us right away.

Review 60：Fire alarm went off at 6:30am the whole building was made to stand outside for an hour. It was a false alarm. The only thing we received was an apology letter. There was no discounts to their services or discount off our stay. Village stores close at 9pm so there is not much to do after that. Walls are paper thin. Make sure you request top floor due to the amount of children/families there or you will be kept up by families above you running, jumping and slamming doors. No free internet in your room for the price you pay is very sad.

Review 76：the staff were really nice and the service was really fast the housekeeping kept it really clean and the bed was really comfortable the pool was really big the suit was super big even though it was one bedroom it allowed the three of us to feel comfortable

Review 77：WiFi service was really bad. I had it for a day and it barely opened any website. The rod used for opening and closing the window was broken so I had to manually open and close the blind. Not even basic TV channels were available for viewing.
