Review 1：Environmental toilet didn't flush. They gave me a plunger to fix it. Also the walls and ceilings allowed even the smallest of noise into the room.

Review 4：We were let in earlier to our room than the usual let in time. We were offered cookies at the front desk. We were able to have coffee all day from the breakfast area. Breakfast was very good. Clean environment. Offered water bottles when we left. Everything was great!

Review 9：The price considering we had to check out at 4:30 am to get to the airport, we didn't get the continental breakfast because of that so wish it had cost a little less for such a short stay. Otherwise, no complaints.

Review 10：The pool/hot tub, bed was very comfortable, hotel is close to airport, shops, restaurants. The staff at the front desk when we checked out in the morning was very friendly and helpful.

Review 11：Some black is showing up in the bathroom grout (room 203) - not bad but shouldn't be there - especially for such a new hotel. Other than that all was good :)

Review 19：Sounds a bit too picky, but if you spend the money on the hotel you would expect HD channels on the tv. It's all horrible with the scrolling guide channel. I hate that when it's rainy and hockey is on.

Review 22：My booking was all messed up. Norma and the front desk staff were wonderful. They worked to accommodate me and my adult family. My wife loved the Spa facilities. Included breakfast was convenient and filling.Just a friendly welcoming staff.made stay enjoyable.

Review 24：What didn't I like? That we requested rooms to be next to each other and we didn't get it. However, the staff was excellent, and the manager went above and beyond to remedy the situation (with a fully booked hotel) and we were more than grateful.

Review 39：The staff were extremely polite. Customer service was A++. The gentleman that worked the front engaged in numerous conversations with the children and seemed genuinely interested in their sport events. It was a positive experience for the children :) Thank you!!

Review 40：The bed sheets were phenomenal! Although I wasn't impressed with the bed and pillows. The bed was as stiff as a board and the pillows were too soft. I would prefer a softer bed and more firm pillows.

Review 43：Printer did not work at the business center but Nish helped me to get the printouts from the front desk. The pictures needed to be updated. No exhaust fan at the washroom. Temperature control was not the greatest.

Review 46：I don't have any complaints but just note that the pool is not open yet as this is a brand new hotel. I was contacted by hotel a few days prior my reservation to inform me. Wasn't a problem for us but would be a disappointment in travelling with children who want to swim. Also did notice that the laminate flooring didn't look clean but possibly just their cleaner causing this by leaving streaks on floor.

Near shopping at Harbour Landing -many box stores ,Nice modern rooms with Krueger coffee machine, mini fridge and a microwave in each room. Complimentary Wi Fi. Free breakfast. Review 48：The shoddiness of the workmanship, toilet seat was very crooked, shower tile grout discolouring because it wasn't sealed. The way the laminate floor was just damp mopped so looked unclean, especially under the bathroom sink. Halls and elevator floors unkept.

Review 50：Housekeeping coming into our room at 7am, while we were still sleeping. They said they had us checked out already. I called front desk, they said no they didn't have us checked out. Thank goodness I had a housecoat on!!!

Review 55：Nice sized rooms. Quiet. Staff were very friendly and accomidating. Nice location as it is close to highway and shopping and not far from airport, so should work well for a mix of travellers.

Review 56：The hotel is still in construction, and so too much noise. Hallways very dirty. Our room was very dirty. The drawer knob fell off as it was not properly installed. The price of the room was too high for a hotel not yet finished: pool not done, dirt everywhere, etc. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Had we known, we would not have stayed there. I was hoping for a little getaway with my spouse, and it turned out to be a total disappointment. At least, if on the booking website there was a warning that the hotel was still under construction, we would never have stayed there.

Review 60：Google maps/booking.com have us the wrong address. When we informed the hotel of this, they just said lots of people have been telling them that. The hotel staff figured it was because they were only open for one week. No apologies or effort to make it right. The room was dirty with contractor dust/putty and had not been cleaned up from construction. Nothing really seemed ready for opening, but nobody explained what was going on, or asked me about our stay. The breakfast was fine.
