Review 1：Carpets were very dirty, food stuck in it. Living room heater did not work, and the wifi connection never worked at all the entire wknd.

Review 10：The unit is the first building in the complex so it may be noisier than other units. There was a group who was very loud in the pool area and their balcony during our weekend in the late hours. It may bother light sleepers a bit.
Review 11：We like the location as it was close to the event we attended. The condo loft was comfortable and we like the individual space it provided for a family if three. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed heating and cooking of light meals - a perfect combination.
Review 12：im not saying I hated it but there where a few things like the upstairs bed was as hard as a rock, the loft itself needs a good clean and coat of paint , bathrooms where good , we also had a issue with air in living room ,that area seem to lack the cold air but bedroom was very cold , all in all it was not the worst but we thought it really needs a good clean out in downstairs closet, totally full of stuff bedding and towels but all over the place not sure what was clean or dirty and there where dirty items there :( . I would stay again it was ok just needs a clean up .

Review 16：Air Conditioning broke down in Main floor living area. Nothing was done by owner to get it fixed. The unit was dusty. The kitchen did not have enough supplies, i.e. paper towels, dishwasher detergent. The location was farther from the Village than expected.

Review 18：There is no way to escape noise. The loft is great to have extra space to sleep (although bed is hard) but noise from below makes it like one large room with main floor. If one tv is on the whole place hears it. Extra pillows for pullout would be appreciated.
Review 19：Very close to Craigleith ski area. Easy access to blue mountain village. Right sized for a family for a weekend. Nice to have kitchen space. Pool and tennis courts are a fantastic addition to property.
Review 20：Our stay was amazing. It was warm & welcoming and I loved the convenience of having a kitchen and the kids enjoyed the pool. The pool wasn't too cold which was also a plus.
Review 21：Cleanliness, fully stocked Kitchen, full size coffee maker (12 cup), 2 separate bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, nice comfy beds, excellent location to Blue Mountain, took the free shuttle to the village. 3 - 5 min shuttle drive....

Review 24：The wifi was really hit and miss. Beds were not comfortable but not terrible. We had a washroom on the main floor and one upstairs and unfortunately the one on the main level wasn't working so we had to go upstairs Everytime. It looked just a part that could have been fixed fairly easily. The hours at the pool were inconsistent. People were told it was open until 11 yet they locked it up at 9 on some days. The jacuzzi and the pool didn't work for two days although some guests were it would be up and running. There was a person at the front desk at the main building that was swamped with incoming calls- couldn't really inquire in person or in phone. Outside of condos do need work but I didn't care about the outside. The inside was nice. The cleaners don't do a thorough job but it was ok. I personally think that cleaning it well shouldn't take long and floors should be cleaned etc. didn't seem like they were.
Review 25：The space was great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was great. Having access to the pool was great for kids. Balconies were great. Bedding covers and pillows were really nice. Showers and washrooms modern and nice. 3 min drive to village and close to everything else.
Review 26：It gets hot at night especially on the second floor as the A/C is programmed not to work if the temp outside is already cool. The catch 22 is if you open the window there are so many tiny baby bugs ready to come in through the screen.
