Review 1：Some staff were miserable and very rude We went b&b and gosh are we glad as the food was rubbish, the staff are so slow and unhelpful- it's like you owe them something when you've paid to stay there! The bar closed quite early most nights even though it's supposed to be open until midnight The hotel messed up our booking of taxi/extending our room: taxi was ordered for 1 night too early- and we asked after week one if we needed to extend our room and we were told no- we would be checking out early if anything- then the day we see due to leave they told us we needed to pay? We advised the manager Anna that Maria the receptionist had told us we didn't need to extend the room and that we would be checking out early and luckily she took the view it was the hotels mistake so they let us keep the room. The hotel closed on Sunday 27th but Wednesday 23rd they started packing away most of the sun beds- as we were lay there. they were turning off lights etc to save money and generally at the end we felt a bit pushed out, with the last day (Friday) only having 5 sunbeds out. I understand it's the end of the season but we've paid for a holiday and to feel welcome there- they could of started paving things away the Saturday evening- when people weren't lying on the sunbeds.

Review 5：I have put my credit card information here by booking the room and theiformation said "we will charge your card any time", but theydidn'T. So when we intended to check out, we fell in the embarasingsituation to have not paid our stay. And instead of immediate charge ofmy credit card they wanted me to pay them all the money cache. I reallyfelt terribly embarased, being accused that I do not have enough money,because they siply can not work with the online payment system and didnot know hot to get it working. If you want people to come to your hotelfrom booking.com or any other website, first teach your staff how towork with online payments. It's 21st sentury - nobody carries somuch money cache.

Review 6：There was no free wi-fi in the rooms. They are charging 5EUR for 24 hours, but even this wi-fi wasn't available for the 2 days we staid. We couldn't use the tab in the bathroom, because they told us the floor bellow will get flooded. We couldn't try the breakfast, because it's till 9:30 am and when we're holidays, we're no usually getting up that early.

Review 8：The bathroom door couldn't be closed completely. We had all inclusive, but for the private beach in front of the hotel we had to pay, the beach bar is also paid. The personnel at the pool bar always let us wait a lot before they served us (like we drank for free ----- we paid for all incisive!!!); and they always served first the people that paid there and after the all inclusive, even if they came after us. In the restaurant they don't clean the tables very often. If we went to restaurant half hour before closing, sometimes there was no food.

Review 10：Hotel could use some refreshment. Personnel was nice but I think they should offer way better service for a 4 star hotel. While the hotel was on the beach - if you want to use umbrella and part of the beach in front of the hotel, you have to actually pay in addition.

Review 11：Location was good, walking distance to most attractions. At the beach. It was comofrtable and relaxing. Overall good vacation.

Review 12：Both of us were vegetarian, but will eat fish as a last resort. It was only later in the week that vege options were provided, otherwise it was tomatoes, cabbage and cucumber for all evening and lunch meals. The fish options were usually fish fingers, which didn't match the meat options available. After we had complained a few times, more vegetarian options were made available for the last couple of days so we could get a bit of protein. However breakfast was fine.

Review 13：Staff were fabulous. Even though they couldn't find my booking when I arrived late at 2am, they quickly sorted out my room. Bar staff, in particular, were lovely.

Review 14：The attitude of the hotel's manager (a young lady around 30 years old) which at the beginning she messed up our reservations and told us that one room was not paid and afterwards she asked us for 5 leva per person in order to use the fitness room at a 4 star hotel!!! The wi-fi was not good, constant interruptions and failures. The breakfast was not poor at all in food and drinks, but you could tell that there were probably the cheapest products available (no butter, just margarine, for example)! Even though the name is Beach hotel, there are no free umbrellas or sunbeds - 8 leva for each one of those items. It appeared that the heat central was closed after 10 o'clock in the evening, I've noticed this on 2 different evenings and after I've confronted them, it was solved in a matter of 15 minutes. The balcony door can't be let partially opened in the upper vertical side - you can only completely close it or leave it opened. With no relation to this hotel, but there is a disco ship that plays music at night on the sea, which can be heard in the room even with the balcony door closed.

Review 15：The location is pretty good - very close to the beach and almost 1 km to Nessebar Old City. The sea, pool and overall view at the fifth floor was just breathtaking! The double room is quite big and it also has an expendable armchair. They have an outdoor pool for kids and an outdoor pool for adults which are pretty ok, as well as an indoor pool for adults.

Review 20：The only problem was very slow reception, very! So when you leave you better plan some time for checking out at reception for not being late for your flight, bus e t. c. They don't trust their guests with minibar and send a person to check what you've taken from it while you stay at reception and wait. Not a big thing, just strange and not polite. And of course internet 10 lev per day - mobile internet per month costs less then that. Fo me it was not a problem but for somebody might.

Review 21：The rooms and the territory was very clean and comfortable. The pool is awesome. Thd view on the sea is fantastic and the beach is just in front of the hotel. We had a booking.com discount so for that price everything was totally worth it.

Review 30：Breakfast is terrible, let alone if you are on all inclusive... Really cheap products, yellow cheese is like plastic! We stayed for 3 nights and asked twice for help - our TV was out of order. No reaction from their side till the end of our stay. One of the evenings we did not have warm water. I don't know if it is a regular case, but it made a bad impression for sure. The front-office staff was completely disoriented - they did not able to assist us with even answering till what time the buses to Sunny Beach are... 3 stars are pretty enough for this hotel, even might be too much!

Review 57：It is definitely not a 4 stars hotel, rather a 2-3 stars hotel.1.They have hot water in the bathroom only in the morning and evening, not during the day. 2.The breakfast was extremely poor; the best part of the breakfast consisted of tomatoes and cucumbers (not always freshly cut), olives, boiled eggs and cheese. The rest of the food was of poor quality (margarine instead of butter, cheap sausages and a lot of bread or dishes based on bread). They didn't refill all the dishes and when they made the refill, it took them a very long time. 3.The indoor swimming pool, which was one of the reasons we've chosen this hotel in early May, is not heated and had the same temperature as the sea: about 14 degrees Celsius. 4.In the first night the hotel was not heated and the front desk said it was not heated because it is a summer hotel. In the second night, they turned on the heating system (so it proved not to be a summer hotel). Moreover, in some rooms the heating system didn't work properly but the pipe that ran right through the ceiling of the rooms made a very loud noise that made sleeping a challenge.

Review 61：In the first night we did not have heat in the rooms. We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of May and it was cold. At all inclusive: The restaurant was overcrowded and we had to wait for an empty table. The staff was overloaded, and they were moving slow to clean the tables and to bring food. They did not refilled all the dishes and there was a lag in bringing fresh food. The water from the indoor pool was very very cold.

No one wearing uniform or ID and you do not who is who and its impossible to recognise people from outside. No security at all, side doors were open all the time and anyone can enter the premissies 5. Food was very basic, no variety 6. If you want to go to the beach, the prise for sun bed and umbrella are not included in the price and extrimly expensive! 7. If you want a proper summer holiday in BG, do NOT go to this hotel!

Review 80：Well..... The service was poor. Starting from the reception where thereis no smiley people and if you need any information please ask as allyou will get is a one word answers. The breakfast is more like for a 2star hotel (everything is running out quickly and the quality of thefood is not great). The breakfast staff (with the exception of one boy)looked very upset every morning and smile is the last thing you willget. We asked 3 times one of the girls for boiling water but we nevergot it. There are cables everywhere on the floor so be careful not totrip. The hot water is running out around 5.30 pm and is coming backonly after dinner. Don't book a dinner in advance as can be doneonce you are there if you like it (we were dining outside as nobody atein the hotel). In my view the above should not happen in a 4 star hotelbut to be honest we had a fantastic time as the weather and the viewswere great and we would conceder going again next year.

Review 81：The location is fantastic but what it is even better is the sea viewfrom the room. I am not 100% sure but I think every room has a sea viewtoo. The swimming pool area is very good and the life guard was veryalert with the kids. The massage lady was really nice and friendly.

Line by line: – hot water arrived after half of the day.They grant us with the lunch or dinner, but for me it was important tohave a shower in the morning – wifi - not working and you have to pay ifyou need in your room- tv in the room is too small. display of my PC is defenly bigger. - breakfast: no buffet. only a plate of selection made by the chef. coffee very well clean, with a lot of water. the same for the juice - interior pool not prepared. and for this period of time, when the sea is cold, it was a big plus for the hotel to have ready the pool inside - no lights on the stairs - workers in the hotel - noise in the pipes, like the sound of the water which is passing trough - no cash machine in the hotel or near by - restaurant is closing at 20.00 so you have to hurry up for the dinner
