Review 1：but the down part are the facilities. the bathrooms and toilets were not cleaned during the time we stayed there. the garbage was always empty but no-one cleaned. the showers did not work properly

Review 3：The couple who also slept in my bedroom, opened the window and turned the airco off. The bedroom was always nicely cool and now it was like an oven.
Review 4：I really liked the atmosphere, the friendliness and service of the staff, the friendliness and mentality of the other persons. I certainly liked the airco and ventilator in the bedroom. I had a great time here. :-D

Review 9：Thanks for the very respectable staff, And many thanks for the receptionist: Ms. Mayara & Ms. Ana And very special thanks for the very kind receptionist & the very helpful: (Lucas), Mr. Luca, gave me a great service & has translated many of the leaves from: (Portuguese / English) and even he accompanied me to translating my very important meeting in the: (police federal center) during the time that he should be resting him, and at last Mr. Luca do not ask & do not accept to get any money for his supporting and his the lost time with me. I wish you all the best, and I'm waiting to meet soon on my next trip :) Tayseer Omar Al Awa.
