Review 1：they have a central heating which is at 24 degress Celcius. A bit much!!! All we could do is open window a bit. Although temp. was too warm in room I slept well. Air not too dry or anything. They hamam was out of order when we were there but it was ok just with the sauna.

Review 2：amazing service. we were in Montana by public transport and they brought us to the cable car violettes (10 minute drive), picked us up again and also gave us lift tickets (possibly because our stay was very much off season)! Very kind. The service was great in general. Wonderful breakfast. Amazing fascilities. All VERY new and excellent design.

Review 4：the hotel is beautiful, classy and welcoming. The staff is friendly and very helpful and there is a shuttle that brings you to and back from town. one of the best hotel I have ever been to.

Review 5：Although not an issue in most rooms, some of the mountain facing rooms have an awkward layout with the bathroom-if someone is in the shower/bath, you are trapped in the bed part or the toilet area as the bathroom is in the middle of the room. Maybe not such a problem if you're a couple though..!

Review 6：Stunning hotel decorated and furnished to the highest standard. Loved the little touches like a fantastic nespresso coffee machine in every room and a free shuttle service which came to our rescue every day! The hotel was kept spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful, polite, kind and funny. The pool and sauna were amazing and the food outstanding. They even brought you breakfast in bed for free! :) The location was also great as it was a very short walk to one of the main cable cars. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Review 7：Entrance to room a little small. Spa could have had more facilities and treatments were 40% too expensive. Greater variation in a la carte menu.
