Review 1：1. Parking space. You need to get a badge from tourism office (waste of quality Tim you'd better spend differently). The owner could provide this to the guests at arrival? 2. They don't come clean, if you don't ask for it. We waited for first three days hoping for new towels and cleaning. They should clean, make up bed and put towels every day. 3. No physical reception. The owner shows up at occasion.

Review 4：Lovely flat in the middle of Tournai. Comfortable, well-heated, well-appointed. Easy to access (we didn't see any staff but they communicated to us efficiently).
