Review 1：Adjacent and above rooms were far too loud too late (like all night) - owners of the Inn didn't intervene despite living and hearing all the mess. Large crack in the door (1/4" x 12" tall - very cold air filtering in). Heating didn't respond to the wall controller - it was there for show for sure. Hand towels were nt at all clean - large stains evident.

Review 3：Had a hard time sleeping as I woke up in the middle of the night to a big beetle, my family in another room also saw beetles(cockroaches?). Slept with sheets over my head after that. Shower would only give cold water. Luckily only stayed for 5 hours to sleep mid roadtrip.

Review 5：Have stayed here several times before. This time there were 2 maleemployees to stay & the booking showed "1 room, 2 people"so I called the hotel directly, after I made the booking, to confirmthat there would be 2 beds in the room. The clerk looked up the bookingand confirmed that there would be 2 queen beds in the room. The secondmorning, I received a call form the manager, demanding an extra $30.00for 2 beds in the room. I explained but he said he didn't care whatthe clerk said and that I was free to go somewhere else, ..that hedidn't care, but I would lose the next nights room charge if I left.Very poor attitude. I would like to advise the manager that this type ofservice might be tolerated where he came from, but Canadians willcertainly avoid this place if they are treated like this.

Review 21：No housekeeping on the first day after I arrived. The second day, housekeeping came before I was ready to leave. I told them I'd be gone in 5 minutes, but they never came back. The third day they came after 1:30.

Review 23：The room was too bare -not even a picture on a wall and not even a coffee maker/hot water kettle - had to pick up our coffee from the office and missed the tea. Also would have liked another chair -pref. an easy chair and a couple more pillows.
Review 24：We were looking for a reasonable place to stay an since it was a govt. weekend, we were glad to find a place. It was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and someone came by each day to ask if we needed room service or linens. We appreciated the mini fridge, large TV, the A/C, and the close proximity to Wascana Park, the Science Centre, Govt. buildings, etc. A great treat was to have the Milky Way Ice Cream place just across the street from the Inn.
Review 25：It was absolutely filthy and unsafe. I demanded my money back and the manager refused. The bedding was saturated in urine and the floors were nothing but stains. There were police there throughout the night and very shady people. Never stay here. It's unsafe.
Review 26：After check in entered room found toilet had been used and not flushed.After showering and hanging towels in washroom to dry, housekeepingfolds our towels and put in rack as though they were fresh replacements.Towels would stay damp because they couldn't dry out. Pillowssmelled like smoke, were hard, and bed was uncomfortable (like mattresswas worn out). Had no "do not disturb" or "housekeepingnot required" card for door. Did not receive any monetary rebatefrom issues brought to their attention. Desk clerk made no attempt tocontact owner to smooth over issues. I do not recommend this place.

I was told that if , eg, smoking occurred in my non-smoking room, it was a means to contact me and pay for the room cleaning. I will be watching my statements for months to come.

Review 39：Very noisy place...the bed (mattress) was terrible....the bed cover had a lot of yellow stains....the pillow was well used....the kitchen was in terrible shape....no heat (-1 deg.) heat was shut off.... all in all, no thank you !!!!

However, I was quickly disappointed when I realized it didn't have any power going to it. It could use a few upgrades but for the price it seemed fair value!

Review 45：The AC unit sat in a cubby hole in the wall it didn't actually sit attached to the wall or anything . so there was an opening ( good size one ) through the Walla I could see right out into the parking lot and allie. Also the room safe very different then each other, my friend had a non smoking room when he stayed and it was actually a nice looking room. When I stayed this time and got a smoking room the room honestly looked like it used to be the back room of the building. The TV was small and old and messed up coplor on ot, the beds where scary to sleep on, there was no desk like in the other room, the bathroom was terrible . also there were ants in the room cause of the damn hole in the wall and I am pretty sure the two splatters I saw on the ceiling where deffinetly blood, cause there was no paint color in the room that matched the splatters on the roof,
Review 46：The location is great your close to everything in the downtown core. And there is a great ice cream shop across the street.
Review 47：The party upstairs above our room were very noisy... dropping things on the floor late at night. Also a truck was running outside our door early in the morning for more than 10 minutes.

Review 57：There was a CONSTANT NOISE in our room. It sounded like a non-stop dripping faucet ALL NIGHT LONG. The next morning staff said that it was the pipes "always in the winter when the heat is on". None of us could sleep because of the noise. When asked about receiving a partial refund were advised "Oh no, - I can't give you any money back." If you want to enjoy a good nights sleep DO NOT stay here!
Review 58：Some of the clientele was questionable and motel is located on a busy street in East Regina. 30-min walk to downtown.

Review 64：There was an odor in the room which seemed to be tobacco smoke. The motel had tried to remove it by using an ionizer and opening the window but it was still there when I arrived. For a sensitive person this would be a problem but it did not bother me.
Review 65：This low cost motel suited me very well for the few hours I was there. The front desk was helpful when I arrived at 10:30 am to pick up a key. I went out of town returning at 2:30 am when I went straight to my room and my bed. The bed was very comfortable and I slept until 8:30 am when I left to continue my journey.

Review 75：I did not like the the 1972 old noisy Westinghouse air conditioner. Also the toiletries were so appalling. They did not reflect the quality or standards of the room in general. Some quality toiletries would be welcome.

The sheets were clean, the bed was also very comfortable for a good night's sleep, the other accessories like the fridge and microwave were also clean and in good working condition. The TV was quite modern. On the whole, the presentation of the room was perfectly displayed. The receptionist was very sociable and talented. The services were good. I would definitely recommend this inn to my close friends .
Review 77：Not a great location, and the motel is quite old and dated. The room was clean, but signs of aging everywhere. No box of Kleenex, and no dresser in the room. The tub could use a good cleaner to get the stains out.

Review 83：After getting bitten by a swarm of mosquitos across the street I was horrified to find my bed infested with biting dust mites (to which I am allergic). I didn't sleep much and left with a swollen eye, cheek, and itching arms.

Review 91：One of the owners left office unattended for lunch with a sign hanging saying back in 10 mins with no time on it so we should assume what time I guess. While he was away A customer was waiting since 10 mins and tried knocking the door. Possibly didnt see the sign when a young man supposedly the owner comes from behind and shouts "Cant you see the sign? It says I will be back right, so why are you knocking? You should wait outside" This was rudely said and honestly if I hadnt paid for my stay in advance, I wouldnt have stayed after watching this. Lot of mosquitos around doors and in the room accordingly. Had to empty a can of bug spray outside the door to keep them away. Poor plumbing, had open sink holes and bathroom tub drain was an open hole too. Scary as we are not sure what insects can come up from there. Staff were there to simply take payments, answer questions, and possibly be on the phone for the rest time speaking while serving customers. Some politeness and welcoming nature may be helpful which was ccompletelynot there.
