Review 1：In our room we did not have the number of the reception. One of our towels was dirty. The baffle for the ipod did not work. Our room was with wellness included but we did not receive towels for the spa and the reception could not give us an answer on out questions. The temperature of the room was on 23 degres, which was way to high. We cut it off but all night it was too hot in the room. In the hall there were dirty towels on the floor.

Review 2：The rooms are very beautiful and nice. The restaurant was great.

Review 3：Finding location of car park. Very dimly lit room even at its brightest. Only one key per room caused problems. Due to poor lighting the step up to the black bathroom area was dangerous.

Review 5：Sink was not light friendly for women's makeup or men shaving. Need shower area towel holders. Shower area trash bin. To hard of pillows, need two types there in the room. Breakfast a bit weak. Eggs to runny, beans to sour. Ok, it could be an acquired taste, but most hotels have the opposite?

Review 11：Condition of bathroom.Usually I am taking only shower in the hotels. But before arriving to Carbon, I had a very hard and long trip.When I wanted to get bath,I found,that it was not cleaned after previous guest.

Review 15：Efficient business checkout without any further human interest. State of maintenance of basicly the entire hotel. From leaking airco in reception area to stripes and wear&tear in all public area walls and corridors. Holes in bedside tables, room wall damage etc.

For example: Very slick bathroom with reflective black glass, etc -- and not a single place to hand a damp towel, or to put a towel within reach when exiting the shower. Another example: Tiny, bent-wire side tables look great -- and make it almost impossible to set a glass of wine upon them.

Review 67：everything... the rooms are spacious and everything is built around your comfort. bed linen and bathroom amenities are of very good quality. the staf are friendly and very helpful. plus it has a great wine bar and restaurant with exquisite food. it is not the first time we stay in the hotel, and i highly reccomend it to everyone travelling in the area.

Review 68：It was hard to find out how the design faucets worked of both the bath and the shower. Better to replace them by other more self explanatory faucets. Hot and Cold, Shower or bath, more or less water. Trying to find out it showed that the bath wasn't properly cleaned and one of the faucets wasn't fixed enough and fell of.

Review 70：I didn't like the back loo I didn't think it looked or smelt clean thedark tiles in the shower seemed to be hiding how clean it really was,also the flooring wasn't comfortable and you could see where was highlyused and dirt was ground into it.The room had no tea and coffee making facilities.

Review 74：Airconditioning in our room was not working. They claim to offer a breakfast experience that is 'different' but although very decent, the breakfast line-up was fairly common. Info on the Spa (Carbon Sense) website could be a lot clearer i.e. use of the Spa by hotel guests. Spa already closes at 7pm.
