Review 1：The hallway had an odour that may have been illegal drugs in a nonsmoking wing. If not drugs it still smelled bad.
Review 2：The room was clean and was up to the standards I expected.
Review 3：Booked online, with an indication that there would be no damage deposit or taxes charged. Upon check in, I was charged tax and asked for a damage deposit.
Review 4：I arrived earlier than expected, and left later than expected, and the staff was very accommodating.
Review 5：Closes at night so no late check in. Soap bars a little bigger than a toonie. Traveling Philipinos in next room partied all night.

Review 7：We had to wait in the car for approximately 2 hours before we checked in just because they had wait for someone to check out and clean the room. Not to mention we were really tired from 4-5 hour drive. When we enter the room (smoking room) it was newly cleaned but it stinks so bad. The smell of smokes and other stuff. I mean I know it was a smoking room but atleast spray something what will take away the smell. I don't smoke, the only reason I got the smoking room was because it's cheaper than the non smoking room. The smell was bearable but I still sprayed some perfume. I really hated the bed. The bed sheet had holes on it. It was really itchy, I couldn't sleep well because of the itchiness cause by the bed and the sheets.
Review 8：Staffs are nice! Good service. Motel is located near so many reastaurants and stores. It is located near downtown too.

Review 18：Wow !!...... has this place ever changed. Exterior of building is not an eye sore any more, the room is clean and the price is half what you would pay at a hotel down the block. Security around the building , with cameras ....makes one safe. Kudos for all STAFF.....very friendly and accommodating!
Review 19：Advisable to the faint of heart not to go to rooms 122-126 (upstairs). Entrance always open, steep stairs, dark, hotel doors up against the wall as storage, doors look like they've been through the war and peep hole that swivels. Can only imagine why they have that! As someone mentioned before, the front desk changed its mind a couple of times as to the room they were going to give us. Hard to understand the reasoning.

Review 21：This hotel was strange to say the least. The room we were assigned towas in a seperate building that had institutional type steel doors thatwere very dirty and marked up. The outside door had a hand made smallwooden ramp up to the door. When you entered the stairway and entrancearea the steps were very steep ouside type stairs again veryinstitutional looking. The door at the entrance and at the toop of thestairs banged very loudly until about 2:30 am.

Review 23：The exposed wiring and tinfoil that was masking taped on the wall by stove in the room looked dumpy, room was noisy, there was no fridge and the shower head sprayed water everywhere.

Review 25：The motel seems a bit sketchy. We stayed in the "addition",where the stairs were wooden and narrow, the doors were unpainted and looked beat up. Rooms are marked with paper taped on the doors. Air conditioning didn't seems to work well.
Review 26：It was a good price. The room was spacious and clean. There was enough space for a family of four or five. There was a little bedroom off the big one which looked cozy. It was quiet even o a Friday night.

Review 34：Confirmation email stated as I had chosen. 1 room with two queen beds, I arrived paid and got my room to find double beds. I tried to call front desk to find that no one is on shift from 10pm to 8am. To find when I checked out they so not have queen beds but advertise they do

Review 41：Due to all other Regina hotel accommodation being unavailable I booked this motel and was given the last room they had left. It ended up being a pleasant surprise as it proved to be one of the nicest ones I have stayed in recently. It was their top end room and very well worth the little extra cost.
Review 42：Housekeeping walked in on me while I was changing- they never apologized they stood there trying to talk to me. Made me feel violated and upset. All other staff we dealt with were rude and hard to understand. Tried to have a late check out and they refused us. Overall worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.

Overall it was good value and easy access.

Review 55：The outside stairs which took us to our second level room was enclosed and a bit creepy because the door didn't lock very well and the door to our room had been broken in to as it had been fixed but the dead bolt had been busted off and was not fixed. One more thing was that the water pressure was not very good in the shower and the pillows were on the small side and only one for each.

Review 57：The tiles were broken in the bathroom and sharp to bare feet. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee, cream or sugar. There were no stir sticks or napkins. If you wanted coffee you had to go to the main office and they would give you some.

Review 63：Here is a long list a not likes: -The room contained a dirty old bed - the sheets had red stains resembling blood - the window was rattling all night keeping me up. - the floor carpet seems dirty so I didn't allow my daughter to walk around bare footed and didn't allow my infant son to crawl on the floor. - the drain in the shower was plugged, and so was the toilet. The initial surprise was a staircase which looked like a modified metal fire escape stair which was once the outside of the original building. The section we stayed was an addition to the original building which seemed to be incompletely constructed. There was electrical wires draped across the wall like christmas lights. This motel can't be built to code.

Review 66：Given today's hotel/motel room rates their's was the lowest.. Room and bathroom were a good size and actually could have been quite pleasant except given it's location didn't get much sleep. They do have Wi-Fi.

He said if we left now it he wouldn't charge it.So whats what we did. It was quite the hassleAnother thing is we had no cups, coffee pop, ice bucket. Nothing. But then find out the neighbours had all these things. Not sure if they just forgot to put it back in the room or what. For what the price was. Was not worth the stay. No ice machine. And to top it all off. There was this guy there painting the floor. Went down for a smoke. Come back up and was told to wait 10-15 mins. Like who paints on a Saturday night at a busy hotel. It was quite the disappointment. Will never be staying here again nor will I recommend it. It should be half the price because you only get half the things offered to you in all other hotels

Review 78：There was no power due to a failure that only affected the motel on that day...80 degrees until 1140pm! The room access was in a dingy/dark area of the renovations which made my teenager apprehensive to stay there. The stairs were really steep. There was no secondary lock on the door. The door didn't have a lock from the inside it only locked from the outside. The windows didn't have screens so the bugs flew right in at night. We found clothing under the bed (not ours). The windows are single pane so the traffic noise from Ring Road is loud. The room faced East and with the curtains not being room darkening curtains it was extremely bright in the morning.
