Review 17：Great location and staff. staff was extremely nice. I have booked the hotel for 4 nights and asked to cancel the last night. the staff responded extremely nice and cancelled the last night without any problems. will stay again for sure.

Review 18：Wi-Fi was advertised as free throughout the hotel but was only actually working in reception, which had no seating area. Though the staff said they had asked for it to be fixed, it wasn't throughout our stay. The hotel must invest in an antenna at every floor so coverage is complete, else it is inaccurate to advertise for free Wi-Fi throughout. Also, though the staff were gracious is preparing hotel water for us on request, a communal hot water tank would be very much appreciated at least (though in-room kettles and tea and coffee would be best).

Review 19：Very helpful and pleasant staff in a good, central location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Though the hotel can look dated, it is well kept and solid in its fittings and furniture. Breakfast was simple continental but of a decent quality. A massage chair in the living room was well used as was the pool table. It is a solid three-star and I'd recommend it to family and friends.

Review 24：In our 'superior' room the wifi didnt work despite paying 15 chffor the privilege. To be fair, reception did offer to swop our rooms butwe declined.The one mattress was very uncomfortable as it had springscoming out the middle, the room decor has not been redone since the 80sI imagine. Breakfast a bit disappointing for these room rates : no realcoffee-only a nescafe machine (which is very rare in Switzerland , evenin very small budget hotels, which the Mirabeau is not) No leaflets orinformation in the rooms at all about breakfast times, tv channels, wifietc, only a very old map of crans montana.
