Review 1：Squeaky stairs and floors can be a bit annoying - however this is a very old building so is to be expected.
Review 2：The facility is clean, very secure and excellent location close to many amenities. Stayed in the 8 bed female dorm; the dorm was exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, linens clean and towels provided.
Review 3：The worst showers, really filthy, and no lamp so it was really dark. Also missing a common room with couches?

Review 5：The showers are in the basement directly at the commom room. No doors to lock while you shower only a curtain and therefore no privacy (this is the only bad thing I can say about the place - I did not have a shower though).
Review 6：I was really a bit frightened to stay at this place after reading all those bad reviews, BUT: there were no creepy old people, the place was as spotless as a hostel with a certain number of occupants can be, the kitchen has basic equipment, the staff is really friendly and helpful. As I was the only girl staying there that night, I had the 8-bed-girls-dorm for myself (that never happend to me in a hostel before). I do not understand why people booking a hostel and expect a five-star-hotel. Yes, it is an old house and creaky and so are the beds, but again: it is a hostel!
Review 7：I don't have much negative to say because this was such a good experience! During one of the nights a couple guests were a bit loud for a few minutes.
Review 8：The house this is in is amazing! It is such a beautiful old building and the location is quite peaceful! Loved the balcony in the room I was in! I want to stay here again!
Review 9：The room had a really strong air freshener in it and the chemical smell never disappeared, even after removing it.
Review 10：The hostel is located within walking distance of the lake, the museum, downtown and a health food store. There is free street parking on weekends.

Review 15：No elevator! I have 2 bad knees and men being on the third floor made for an interesting trip. But then I needed the exercise.
Review 16：The staff was great, when I got there I found my room on the third floor. So with 2 bad knees this makes stairs very difficult. The gentleman working the desk stopped what he was doing and carried my bags up for me. Now by the end of the trip I was doing the stairs pretty good, slow but still a lot better than when I showed up.

Review 42：I only stayed here because every single hotel room in Regina was booked. I wouldn't normally stay in a hostel. However I was pleasently surprised and felt like the staff gave it 100%... The room was Okay... But it was cheap! It was rustic...but it was a hostel not a Hilton. Two thumbs up to the great staff here...would stay again if I needed to.
Review 43：Excellent Customer service. The representative that day was Mr. Ayman, He was amazing person, He welcomed me and gave me directions to a nice restaurant near the Hostel. I was really impressed by the customer service at that place. Highly recommend everyone to go there.
Review 44：At night,as we get asleep,somebody start knooking at the main door (maybe because forgot the door code) waking us up.The sheets didn't look soo clean.
