Review 1：Excellent location in main square of Tournai, handy for restaurants and bars. No problems with parking as arrived in the evening and left early next morning. Great to have kitchen facilities and fridge and be independent. Good striking off point for channel ports. Bed very comfortable.
Review 2：Stayed in the studio apartment that is 60+ stairs up and a staircase not for the faint hearted needed Sherpa and oxygen mask to get to the top so would not be suitable for elderly or young children or anyone who regularly forgets their wallet or phone!
Review 3：accommodation is just off the main square so if you want central location then all good - did have a problem with the apartment but as the 'welcome' email detailed called the number and Nordine was round within 10 minutes and sorted it - apartment would best be described as shabby chic Bi-Jou! but had a good shower - full kitchen with ground coffee for the machine and milk in the fridge thrown in and very comfortable bed - ideally suits couples between 20-50 who are more explorers (backpackers!) rather than Club class flyers! and who want a bit of step aerobics every time they leave the room! Mind you 4 days in Belgium and everything is up a blinking staircase!
Review 4：The location is great, near the "grand place" with lots of places to find something to eat. The owner even helped us store our bikes in a safe place. We really felt like home in the room, which had a little kitchen to eat in, and the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet as well. Even the wifi worked! Will stay there again when returning to Tournai.

Review 6：Great location and clear communication from the host (we didn't meet, but the keys were available for us to collect - with clear instructions). We only stayed one night, but it had everything we needed, and was a very short walk from the main sights in Tournai. We found parking right outside, but this might be an issue if town is busy.
Review 7：The bathroom is spotless but doesn't look clean as it has been painted black - for me it spoiled an othwise excellent experience.

Review 9：This sort of property is what I like the most - a studio on the top floor, a bit of a rooftop view, a big bed, small kitchen, very friendly host, WiFi that works and just a stone throw away from the town centre square. Makes one feel a bit like being a local ..

Review 21：Mr. Nordine Nouali is the most genuine host you might wish for. The studio is very well equipped, even if you'd wish to stay in for a home dinner. Neat, clean, well organised and refurbished with good taste and creativity. We enjoyed our weekend in Tournai / Lille very much!
Review 22：Nothing. As others have written: - there is a bar opposite the appartement that can be a bit noisy. I brought earplugs but didn't need them, closing the windows did the trick. - you do have to take 4 flights of stairs, no problem if you're mobile, but don't rent if you're less mobile
Review 23：Great value for money. Looks exactly as in the pictures. The guy renting it was very friendly. I called in advance and he was waiting at the door. Located in the centre of the city, as stated previously by someone else: there is free parking at a 5min walk. The appartement was very clean and everything was provided: linen, towels, coffee, tea, shampoo, ... Do try the bakery right across the street: it's one of the best I've been !!

Review 25：Very central location, boulangerie almost opposite, excellent choice of restaurants in walking distance - & brilliant estaminet next door. Free car parking in Bvd des Freres Rimbaut, 5 minutes walk away.
Review 26：There is a new night club on the other side of the street. It's quite noisy on the week-ends but luckily it does not close too late.
