Review 1：Not value for money.. Many hidden cost. No free parking. Internet only for one device. Breakfast very limited. Very long to check out.

Review 3：I was really disappointed that we were not allowed two devices to be connected to the wifi. In order for us to do that, they wanted to charge us 250 peso a day. It was advertised as free wifi. There were two of us staying there, therefore we should be allowed two devices.

Review 5：I didn't like the fact that there was a limit on the number of visitors and that there was a curfew. Also, there was a limit to the number of people that can swim in your pool.

Review 6：1. staying on level 26, I ordered breakfast for 08:00am (this must be done the previous night). Whilst it arrived in a timely fashion, it was a set Filipino breakfast and it was cold upon initial taste and not substantial more subsistence in quantity. 2.whilst the establishment promotes that it has Cable TV, it is predominantly Tagalog Speaking channels. for someone with English as a first language, movies in English were limited (1 channel) and western sports channels were non existent for my taste. Had I known that I was not able to watch my favorite sports I would not have have booked this property. That being said, it was clean, well appointed, friendly and attentive staff, high level of security.

Cold breakfast (no choice, delivered to door, I even vomited everything after a breakfast), dim light in the room, very noisy window air conditioner (I've been to Manila several times. This is the 1st time I've seen window aircon in a hotel.).

Review 14：The rooms are very filthy. The first room they gave me smells cigarette, our eyes were hurting from the bad air and the lockers are pealing. I requested a new room and expected a clean one after complaining and it was even worst! There were molds on the walls, a huge stain on the couch and its half ripped off. Worst is I killed a big bug crawling on top of the bed. I cant hardly breath inside. So dirty. We didn't stay long in the room afraid to get sick... I check out after 30mins and talked to the manager and asked for refund. Gladly the manager was nice and I even showed him the mess. I will never step in to this place again. Not even recommend it to anybody. If you stay there for a couple of hours im sure you will get sick. Thats how bad the place is and the price is not that cheap. Id rather recommend BSA Tower cos its maintained and cleaned for the same price.

Review 15：I stayed in this hotel from Jan 19 to Jan 22, 2015. One of the elevator was out of work but the hotel didnot repair it during my stay. One of terrible thing is in the morning, I had to wait for more than 45 min to use the only remaining elevator. Really terrible !

Review 16：There was no remote control for the A/C I didnt like the limited breakfast menu and absolutely hated they way they make it beforehand, and you need to reheat it again.

I booked a certain room and on my arrival they gave a totally different one. When I realized it I spoke to them and they said that the room that I've booked they had only 5 and all were taken. I told them it was their problem and if they didn't have an available room it was their problem and should not accept bookings. I wanted my money back they didnt want to give it. Review 39：I had to ask for the water boiler many times, I am a coffee person when I wake up I want to have a cup of coffee.

Review 41：Location was great. However, I wish to highlight the following: 1. On arrival, I was told that my credit card has been charged whereas the confirmation I received when I made the reservation via booking.com stated that my card has not being charged and that I have a choice to pay either by cash or credit card on arrival. 2. The rooms facilities such as hot water boiler, tumbler, cups, bath mat had to be requested several times. Why weren't these place in the room earlier? 3. The room floor was extremely dirty! I asked for the mop to clean the floor myself. 4. The reception staff were friendly though. But this alone does not compensate the rest of the shortcomings. 5. Do you actually allow your staff to "play" with their mobile phones checking on their facebook, chatting and etc? 6. The lady reception who was on duty on the evening of 3rd February 2014, gave me an annoyed look when I reconfirm the transportation I made earlier and told, "You told me you will tell me if you STILL need the airport transfer". I told her that my witness was the Lady Trainee that I have made a firm confirmation. She finally made a call and reluctantly told me that the airport transfer is indeed confirmed at 5.30am on the 4th Feb 2014. No apology given. 7. The morning duty employees on 4th February were wonderful and very helpful.

Review 42：Somebody had gone beserk with an air freshener, so we had to leave the room for hours, before we could breath inside again. Very bad lighting, and the balcony was very dirty and a bucket of water with cigaret buts was left there. Bad wi-fi connection. The breakfast was Philippine style.

Review 45：I just recently stayed in BSA Suites! I love the staff , so polite and helpful! The location is excellent walking distance to green belt! Good reastaurants and shopping facilityes in the area!

Review 46：The tower is mostly occupied by permanent renters. The smell of their cooking really makes walking the corridor to the lift extremely unpleasant as there are no windows in the corridors. The gym has extremely poor equipment. The bike is impossible to use for extended periods as the seat padding is worn out. The gym is also closed at all times, unless you request them to unlock it. On a few occassions I would ring for them to unlock it and then when I made it to the gym it was still locked. There is no phone near the gym so I would have to wait for the lift to take me from the 40th floor down to reception (ground floor) and back up to get the gym opened. Also no fan or airconditioning in the gym. 2 treadmills, one bike and free weights.

Review 47：We were upgraded from the studio to the corner suite. I believe for $AU73, that was good value. I'm not sure if I would have seen it as value for money if we had stayed in the studio room. It is also in a very convenient location. Close to Greenbelt for shopping and walking distance to Ayala Avenue for the office. Convenience centre across the road and quite a few small, but good restaurants in the same street. The corner suite was extremely spacious.

Review 49：Customer care, even though we were transferred from BSA Suites to BSA Tower, the same excellent customer service was given. The BSA Suite had leakage in its entire building. BSA Tower was right across Greenbelt 5, so no worries.

Review 50：Our room was rather dark and worn out, the floor was quite dirty. No window in the living room area. The breakfast was almost never on time and sometimes they would forget to deliver it completely. Sometimes, they would forget to clean the room during the day, sometimes they would forget to replace the towels. The in-room internet only allowed one device to be connected at a time.
