Review 4：We have been there in summer. The staff is really nice and helpful. However: this hotel shares the swimming pool with the next door hotel l'Etrier, and I must say the sunbeds are the worst I have ever seen in my life.

Review 6：This is a perfect hotel except for the shower. Our bathroom was exquisite with heated floors, plenty of stone and wood. The only bad thing was that the shower was only a hand held shower. It had a hook to place it on, but the water came out sideways, not great for shampooing hair. It would be so easy to have a fixed "waterfall" type of shower head added.

Review 10：Early season in crans montana means many establishments and facilities are closed including the Michelin star restaurant in the hotel where we were the only guests.

Review 12：The north facing rooms rather noisy at night if you want to sleep with the window open. A minor issue but we would recommend including cooked breakfast items in the overnight rate ( though the continental offer is simply delicious) Otherwise no complaints at all

Perfect for both winter and summer breaks. Close to outstanding golf facilities. Beautiful atmospheric wooden interiors. Small and exclusive feel. Great spa too.

Review 30：A small and cosy hotel that surely lives up to the standards of its fivestars! I spent some amazing days here, with most attentive staff and anexcellent room with beautiful views! The food was delicious, and duringlunch time it was possible to enjoy your meal outside on the terrace,enjoying the lovely weather and the breathtaking panoramic mountainview. I would most definitely recommend this hotel, and if I have thechance to come back to Crans, this is where I will spend my stay, nodoubt about it!
