Reviews for Hotel Internacional

Review 1:The hotel doesn't provide enough towels, you have to request them. The safety box is not provided (I asked them and their answer was "the guy who has the key is on vacation"). The hotel is very expensive and is not proportional to the service and hotel facilities (very old). Breakfast is very poor (one egg, slide of jam, juice and one piece of bread). Swimming pool very dirty. The people who provide the service was very impolite, specially in the restaurant area.

Review 2:At first the girl at the desk could not speak any English but we managed to use the Internet and translate English to Spanish, then Spanish to English. There were air conditioners in the room but we could not get the remote to turn it on. It was hot and sticky.

Review 3:The price. The gentleman that could speak English went above and beyond to help us with just a 12 hour layover. He came to our room to make sure that we were up by 5:30am and had our cab there at 6:00am to the airport. It was close to the center square.

Review 4:There was no wifi and no hot water in the room. The hotel charged us 32 bolivianos for a quick phone call to confirm our reservarion at an other hotel, ridiculous price for such a short phone call.

Review 5:The rooms are big, clean and quite

Review 6:Pool was cloudy and non operative on second visit.

Review 7:Service of ladies at reception and night porter. friendly and accomodating. Breakfast simple but excellent and included in the price. Lift to third floor!!

Review 8:The hotel seems very outdated. The room was pretty underwhelming and the breakfast one of the worst we had during our time in South America. After 5 weeks on the road we were looking forward to the pool, but in the end chose not to use it because it didn't look too clean.

Review 9:The big plus of this hotel is its reception staff. Both ladies that were working during our stay were really nice and helped happily with all requests. The location is good too.

Review 10:Swimming pool was in the shade for most of the day, so too cold to use. While we were there there was no WiFi.

Review 11:Breakfast was good. Big rooms but cold.

Review 12:No bat

Review 13:clean, safe, comfortable and convenient

Review 14:mould on walls, bad bathroom, bad breakfast, bad room.

Review 15:staff are very friendly

Review 16:no hot water, pool not usable, too far from city center in a city that is not that safe to walk in after dark, loud, fairly funky, but it was cheap!

Review 17:garden by the pool

Review 18:The rooms were dirty, the toilet leaked around the seal on the floor, the restaurant was dirty, and the staff appearance was shoddy to say theleast. Was advertised to have a pool but the water was unclean and milkylooking. Poor lighting, took 10 min. To get the front door open for ourearly morning departure. Bathroom doors wouldn't latch so we had tofashion a clothes hangar to keep the door closed so the mosquitoes couldnot get into the sleeping room because the bathroom window would notclose. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say. Do not book at hotelinternacional in santa cruz bolivia... The Hotel we stayed at in Tarijawas clean, accommodating friendly, and professionally run at almost halfthe cost.......

Review 19:Nothing

Review 20:Please avoid. An awful hotel. So shabby it warrants a 1 star n certainly not a 3 star. Tiles in shower cracked n grubby. Net curtains were filthy n rooms dark n grungy. Avoid like the plague. I stayed only one night and went to the airport as soon as I could in the morning. This hotel needs a major facelift. Staff were helpful re organising of a flight out of Bolivia. The only positive of the hotel.

Review 21:The front desk was very helpful. The location is good, and the pool a plus.

Review 22:Friendliness of overnight staff who let me in and great breakfast

Review 23:the shower the door key

Review 24:the staff the pool
