Review 3：The staff is amazing and the Tap House was a great restaurant attached to the hotel! I'm excited for the upcoming renos! The room was dated but clean and there are updates coming!

Review 8：the adjacent restaurant Culpeppers was most enjoyable. The food was excellent from the breakfast to dinner. The staff was most helpful and very accommodating. We were there in Sudbury for medical reasons three times in the last year and the staff looked after me and made me feel safe. When my husband was released from the hospital (open heart surgery) the staff at the motel and the restaurant could not do enough for us.

Review 9：* The fan very noisy- hard to get a comfortable temperature, and not have the fan continually cycling on & off. With opening the window, which I do like, the traffic was noisy!

Review 11：The staff were friendly and informative at the desk and the dining room/bar. 10% discount when you had your meals there was great and appreciated. Rhonda was truly a pleasure and interested in what was happening to us while in Sudbury. John who served us in the dining room was excellent . He took the time to ensure we were very well looked after.We would absolutely return and recommend The Cardinal to anyone. P.S. the pickerel dinner was delicious!!!

Review 16：Stayed at the Cardinal many times years ago with my teams. It seems the place is long past its "best before" date. Will not visit there again.

Review 17：Very strong old cigarette smell to the room and noise from the highway was loud. Had to run the A/C in order to drown out highway and reduce smell. Towels were very small and thin. TV was small and very few channels.

Review 18：The motel was conveniently located just off the highway. It was relatively inexpensive. Bed was ok. Hook up for Wi-Fi was simple.

Review 38：There was a rip in the bedspread, bottom sheets weren't fitted. One of the mattresses was on a definite slope. The curtains were ancient and hung poorly. Also had a hard time with the key working. The outside chairs were filthy.

Review 46：There were only 2 small towels in the room and you could tell they were very old. The bathtub did not have a plug. A bug was climbing on the pillow when I went to move it. There was a broken lamp sitting on the table in the corner.

Review 49：I asked for additional towels and a pillow, but had to call again at bedtime to request them a second time. Cleaning staff removed the extra pillow the first day so if I wanted it again - I would have had to ask. I just did without.

The tv is old, I was surprised they didn't have flat screens up on the wall. My king size bed was nice looking but a little hard...lol at least it wasn't old and lumpy..lol
