Review 1：As it is quite an old building, some of the facilities reflect that. The stairs are very very narrow and should be alert while walking. The wash basin is also in the bed room itself which is a bit of discomfort

Review 2：The location of the property is excellent. Walkable from the railway station and right in the middle of the shopping area. The staff are excellent.

Review 3：Me and my sister have stayed here a few times when visiting the wellness klinique and love it! The owners are very helpful and the staff are friendly. All rooms are pleasant and the breakfast is good with lots of choice.

Review 5：Staff very friendly and helpful and St Nicholas visited while I was there. I was told by staff to leave a shoe outside my room. During the night St Nick filled it with sweets, nuts and a big chocolate model of himself. Really cheered me up and put me in festive spirit!

Review 38：Friendly Staff, great location and Free loan of some bicycles! I was there to take my teenage son to Pukkelpop. The owner was very helpful with directions and loaned us bikes to ride to Pukkelpop. Breakfast was plentiful and very good also.

Review 39：The MAJOR negative aspect was that my room had bed bugs, and hence when I returned home I was covered in bites, itchy, and had to be very careful with my baggage. I emailed the staff as soon as I realized what had happened and they were polite about it, saying they have regularly pest control visits but will get one done immediately for the room I stayed in.

Review 41：While there was internet downstairs, the internet in the room was not working while we were there. However, we didn't have a chance to mention this until we were about to leave, so probably this is an easy fix.

The breakfast was fabulous, and they were very accommodating about keeping it ready while we had a sleep in. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Genk or the area!

Review 44：We loved the friendliness of the owners, and their lovely dog, and the amazing generous cooking. The hotel is perfectly placed for getting around the town, or to public transport. Our room was well looked after and kept very clean. Everyone working in the hotel was courteous and very pleasant to talk to. We very much enjoyed our stay.
