Review 1：This is a fabulous looking hotel and our junior suite was amazing, with two large bathrooms and lots of space. Amenities were also pretty good. Service was excellent.

Review 6：The only remark is to the room cleaning staff - they can do the job a lot better. The floor in the restroom had not been thoroughly swept and mopped every day and the same applies to the floor and carpet in the room

Review 7：Beautifully designed hotel on top of a perfect location with a great view over the surroundings. Helpful an friendly staff especially the hotel manager. We stayed two years in a row and were upgraded both times to bigger and better rooms than the ones we had payed for! Definitely will go again and strongly recommend!

Review 8：The breakfast and room cleaning didn´t meet the 5*hotel. The staffs are without smile. Not so bad but not so good.

Review 9：I recommed this reasort /Elenite/ for people which like coolness. In the hotel is very nice and pretentious spa. You can utilise the hotel car to the privat beach. I recommed to reserve a room with balcony and sea view in the upper level. Thwere is a good bus connection to the Sunny beach resort (cca 15 minutes by bus) with a lot of restaurants and attractions. I recommed to visit the restaurant direct near the aquapark Atlantida.

Review 10：Only down side was the meal in the "cream" restaurant (not sure of it's proper name). Our meal took about an hour to arrive and when it did it was on cold plates and the food itself was a bit on the warm side and below standard. We complained the next morning as didn't want to ruin the evening, and the Manager gave us a couple of free drinks. He also said that even though he knows the British and Germans like hot plates, they still don't cater for this. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

Review 11：Free upgrade to Junior Suite which was totally awesome. The Spa was amazing. The rest of the hotel although very over the top decorative wise, I still loved it and would definitely re-visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review 12：In the 3 times we have been here we have felt the service in the restaurant wasn't great. The food was lovely but we either felt rushed or ignored. Our last night we were told to take our main meal at the same time as our starter because they wanted to close. Not what id expect in a five star hotel.

Review 13：This is our 3rd time at the Royal Castle and we do love it. It's absolutley beautiful and has everything you could possibly want from a five star hotel. The bar staff were fantastic and very good fun. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and offered help with our things. The room was huge and decorated to perfection,

Review 14：There are only 2 things I just have to mention. If you go to spa (which is by the way beautiful) you will feel uncomfortable because people downstairs don't speak English. So if you need towels or if you want to ask them something you will have little problems. Second thing was horrible smell from a shower. Our room had a huge bathroom with a nice bath and smelly shower. Shower was kind of in the corner so we didn't feel anything outside of it, but when you go inside it really has a musty smell, so I was a little disappointed because of that.

Review 15：Hotel is just beautiful and each person on the World deserves to see something like this. Main entrance, reception, bars,pools,rooms everything is beautiful in some strange style.You can bet that a lot of effort was put in making this hotel. Food is great, but probably best 3 things were bed,spa and beach loungers which are free . Parking is also free and easy to find. Overall I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Good luck :)

Review 16：Nothing. Only for the 5* hotel personal must know english at all. Wi Fi somethimes broke down but generally ok.

Review 17：The best hotel I stayed at Bulgaria. Very idilic and charming place. Unusual and between new age art and castle design. Unbelievable rooms and top class spa zone. Overall....superb hotel.

Review 18：Food was distasteful, soggy, bland and generally horrible. We were forced to fill up on bread and butter. The a taff were rude and aggressive and there were no complimentary teabags or water in the rooms (despite requesting). There was no effort by the staff whatsoever to make your stay enjoyable, they were all very harsh and aggressive. The cutlery and crockery in the buffet all smelt of an eggy smell and the whole hotel smelt of a dull, musty, sewage-like smell. The showers also smelt of sewage and we had to pour bath salt down the drain to mask the smell. Would not recommend to anyone.

Review 23：The hotel is absolutely fantastic, very luxury and with its own style, but all is done pretty well there. Awesome pools, slides and beach. Rooms are very comforatble, especially liked the studio which we stayed in last night. It is huge - and the balcony is huge as well which worked pretty well for us travelling with small child - he had a lot of place to play while in the room. The spa pool is also amazing and I plan to go there throughout the winter as well. The food in the Italian restaurant was fantastic.

Review 26：I will briefly list the minus of the hotel: - Poor hygiene,the bathrooms was not clear, neither our stay too - Glasses and an ashtray not washed, had to do note - Towels are not changed every day, had the express prior warn - Lifts do not work regularly appears so you have to wait 10-15 min. To go down / up - One day, returning from the beach, we found our room with open door (wiper is simply not closed the door) - One of the evenings at 00: 30h. on our door knock (boy from reception), wanted to go and jump into the next room, because they can not unlock the room next to us - The beach is very narrow strip and lounges are microns apart Ive been a lot of 5 stars hotels in the world, this one is my worst experience

Review 36：First of all, let me just say that this was BY FAR the most luxurious hotel we've ever been to. Everything is amazing: the design, the modern facilities for everything, the very attentive staff and last but not least, the ridiculously low price for ALL of this. Review 49：Service at the hotel is hit and miss. Some staff were polite and what you would expect in a 5* hotel but some were lacking the right attitude. Generally, I expected more experienced and trained service.

Review 50：The hotel is impressive in terms of design and detail both in the common areas and hotel rooms. We used a weekend package and probably because we visited at the end of the season the price we got was more than acceptable. The inside SPA area is quite good, offering something for everyone (a little bit too dark for my taste though). The outside pool had great view but the water was cold and the pool could not be used... still the area around it was great for relaxation. We were satisfied by both restaurants we visited in the premises of the hotel - breakfast was also rich.

Review 55：As already mentioned, styling of the hotel could really be bugging, but only if you pay too much attention. There was WiFi, but it was just impossible to connect (tried multiple devices). Staff blamed weather for that (!?!). Probably the thing that let us down most was the breakfast. Apart from the fact that you don't get properly seated and asked for coffee/tea at the beginning, the overall quality/variety of food could barely match that of a roadside motel. With no doubt that is far behind what you'd normally expect from a hotel from this class.

Review 56：Stayed at the hotel for just a single night getaway before flying from Burgas. Overall experience is good, especially when comfort is concerned. Location of the hotel is great, we liked the fact that is a private resort. It is a big, rather fancy hotel, where style is king to a point that it just gets annoying. Room was quiet and comfy. Beach is great and although the hotel is not exactly on the sea shore, you are offered private transporation which is just lovely. Really enjoyed the overall feeling of the room. Staff at the SPA area was extremely kind, informative and caring.
