Review 1：From the moment I arrived the staff went out of their way to make my stay the best it could be. I could not fault a thing. The hotel was beautiful, the food was unbelievable and the spa was very relaxing. Will definitely be returning.

Review 2：We went there for our honeymoon. They upgraded us from a standard double room to a 2 bedroom suite without even our request. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the staff will do everything in their capabilities to make sure you get what you want even if it is facilities outside of their property. This was the best part of our honeymoon and we went to Paris, Nice & Venice so i think that says a lot. If you do stay there then do try and go to lunch at Chetzeron. The hotel will arrange everything and its a very nice place for having lunch. All in all I would give Lecrans 15 out of 10 if I could. Thank you for making our honeymoon memorable. Cheers

Review 4：From arrival to departure we were treated like royalty.The rooms was so spacious it was very modern and so comfortable.I was blown away by it all.The staff were superb always smilling always making sure we were looked after & had what we wanted or needed.Like to mention Paulo the concierge,Giovanna at reception & Vincenzo in the restaurant just to name a few who made our stay so memorable.We are already planning our next trip to Le Crans.

Review 6：The fantastic professionalism of the team: kindness, attention to details and the impression of feeling special , like a VIP. The restaurant was fantastic as well as the service. The SPA and massages were also excellent. The room was cosy, with a discrete and refined luxury, with a beautiful view.

Review 12：The location as described on a sunny terrace with stunning views - remote and silent with the energies of the highest and most powerful mountains of the alps, especially the complete massif du Blanc. Only 15 suites, no big crowds. Individually designesd spacious rooms with natural high quality materials, same with the Spa- quality instead of quantity oriented. Perfect friendly and open-minded service. We had a real Gourmet experience in the restaurant - better reserve a table on weekends. We absolutely enjoyed staying in this relaxing generous beautiful athmosphere. This has its price - and it is absolutely worth it.

Review 13：The service at the restaurant was very attentive but unfortunately too slow. It took us 2 and a half hours to eat at diner. The quality of the food was great however. Also suggest a buffet option for breakfast to allow guest to have a quick breakfast

Review 19：This is a beautiful hotel but it is sort of lacking the spirit of amanager who cares for every detail in the house. The restaurant providedvery good food but perhaps may need a higher degree of flexibility. Ihosted a dinner for 8 people and was told that a 5 course menu can onlybe ordered if all 8 guests would settle for the same. This is awkwardfor a high-profile restaurant. The fitness room is too small and thefree WiFi was extremely slow
