Review 1：Dinner wasn't great, desert was great but dinner wasn't brilliant. Although eating out at a top restaurant for a whole family was £35, much cheaper available too Also not a huge choice of alcohol, no baileys/ ameretto or Malibu local equivalent

Review 9：No heat in the rooms. They were unable to fix the problem during our stay.We talked to the front desk 3 times and after the third time they've sent up some extra blankets(and by extra blankets i meant 2 one person blankets). We received a complimentary bottle of wine and a basket of fruits though.

Review 11：Hotelul era proaspat renovat si inca nu terminasera de curatat exteriorul. Dar nu au fost zgomotosi cei care lucrau pe acolo. Nu au dat drumul la caldura desi s-au plans multe persoane ca era frig. Ne-au dat o patura in plus totusi. Bautura inclusa in pachet a fost destul de proasta, inclusiv apa care avea un gust dubios. Ce-i drept si apa lor imbuteliata avea acelasi gust oribil, asa ca celor sensibili le recomand sa vina cu baxul de apa dupa ei.

Review 12：Mancarea foarte buna, proaspata. Personalul a fost dragut, stiau engleza, fetele din sala de mese strangeau imediat farfuriile folosite. Camerele mari, baile mari, curat peste tot. Fiind 1 mai, au venit foarte multi clienti si totusi au facut fata cu brio. Animatorii au fost foarte simpatici si draguti.

Review 13：The internet connection is poor most of the times. The man from the pool is unfriendly and speaks no English. Neither does the girl from the entrance of the room where we used to eat in. She was supposed to write down the room numbers, but it is clearly she understood a little from the numbers we were saying (so we had to show the key of the room). This would not be a problem, but I would give a feedback for her: to smile more, to be more kind and to be less shy -> after all, you work with people, you have to make them feel great and relaxed.

Review 14：The hotel is amazing if we think of the place it is located and the amazing view we have had from the balcony ! The food is great, plus, the menu is also changed during the lunch or dinner times, which is a plus. The rooms are big, as well as the bathroom. Would warmly recommend this to anyone !

Review 15：The curtain rail of the shower fell, and electric plug bottoms came right out of the walls when we unplugged a device.

Review 16：We used the hotel as a conference venue, and it suited this purpose quite well. The hotel is situated within walking distance from the center of town. Much to do and see around the hotel. Situated right on the beach and a promenade.

Review 25：Old hotel, looking very shabby as building but also inside the hotel. The receptionists are really simple-minded, they couldn't understand that the booking was non-refundable and they kept asking about the payment. Quality of quest very low, probably attracted by the low prices.

Review 28：Unfriendly and unhelpful staff - very sarcastic at times. The hotel doesnot even closely resemble the picturesque photos on the site. I'm notconvinced that it is worth 4 stars as the service was terrible at thelobby bar and pool bar - the all inclusive package is a farce sincenothing was available - when we asked reception about afternoon snacksthey told us there weren't any; then retraced their steps asking if wewere guests at the hotel and redirected us to to the pool bar that toldus the same story. Disappointing. The only saving grace was the qualityof the spa centre.

Review 29：I didn't like at all the staff at the hotel - no client serviceabilities and they were always treated you like you were staying forfree in the hotel and they were doing you a big favour for serving you adrink or giving you information at the reception. Besides this, anotherproblem was with the cutlery: there were times when there were notenough for everybody and you had to wait until some of the used oneswere cleaned. The same with the tea cups.

Review 30：I very much liked the room, it was big and clean and had a hugebalcony with a seaside view. It had a nice pool and it was very closedto the beach. The food was various almost never the same andfrequently refilled.

Review 31：Since becoming an all-inclusive hotel the quality of guests hasdeteriorated considerably: instead of relatively well-heeledprofessionals, the majority of guests are noisy, ill-disciplined budgettourists from Eastern Europe, and this is reflected in the dreadfulquality of the wine and spirits on offer. Entertainment was virtuallynon-existent, with the exception of a few activities for children.Organisation in the restaurant was poor, leading to long queues whichdisturbed guests whilst dining. Air conditioning has always been aproblem at this hotel, and that was particularly true this year.Despite my fond memories of the hotel in its heyday, I shan't bestaying there again.

Review 32：Festa Panorama used to be a very good four-star when it was part of theIberostar Group and offered only half-board. The rooms are still thesame, the views towards the sea are excellent and the entire hotel wasvery clean. The location next to the entrance to the North Beach ofNessebar is one of the reasons I've stayed there so often over theyears. The food, while rather basic, was nevertheless well-cooked (witha few exceptions) and most of the staff were friendly and professional
