Review 1：The issues with emergency lights in my room and the air conditioner were troublesome. The breakfast is a little poor and needs to improve the food quality, since the hotel is not that cheap.

Review 3：Bed is not very comfortable for me, but it is subjective... WiFi is spotty and require sign-in every time you loose the signal.

Review 5：No ac in the room. Maintenance fixed it, telling me to wait 30 minutes. It was not fixed. I asked for a new room and was told there was nothing available. So no solution. Ordered room service that never came despite calling and being assured it was on its way repeatedly. Spoke with the front desk and they picked up the phone called and said he will be waiting for you when you get to your room. No one was waiting, except me for the room service that never came.

Review 13：It has more to do with Bookings.com. My reservation made earlier in the day was not on your system. Your staff looked at my reservation on my smartphone and had me checked-in in a short time.

Review 15：I did use booking and once I got there they told me that my reservationwas made to a Confort hotel but in Sao Paulo ( 15 miles ) fromAlphaville. I sad that it was not the hotel that I booked. I callbooking and they got me another bedroom. Booking told me they overbookedthe rooms. I dont know who fault was it but after 35 min. Waiting themat the lobby they got me a room.
