Review 11：Hot tubs in rooms don't function. Hard to climb over tub to take shower. Water was not very hot. No hair dryer. Asked for one, got it but it was taken away the next day. I guess they only have 1 for the whole hotel.

The first night wereceived a room that was not so confortable for us, because of medicalreasons, so we needed one with a bigger bathroom, and the next day wewre moved to a very nice room with a bigger bathroom, and that made our17 day stay very pleasant, and confortable. The owners of the hotel werealways there, in constant communication with the guests and making surethat everything was fine.
