Review 1：The rooms need refurbishing. It is okay for one night; not more than that. not worth the money spent.

Review 3：The management should have informed me about the loud noise from working near to my flat during the daytime - it was total unacceptable that they did not immediately gave me another flat, when I complained. The breakfast was ordinary and the bread was not fresh any of the days.

Review 19：Extremely dirty! There was an open chocolate box in the bathroom, like the person cleaning the room got hungry while doing it, and one of the soap bars was also open inside the shower. The AC device in my bedroom was not operational as well, and bad luck when you find out only at 2am in the morning and all you wanna do is sleep The minibar barely had anything. Absolutely not worthy spending R$250,00, I'd never pay more than R$100-150 for that again!

Review 21：The room ( bathroom very small, bedroom furniture old and smelly) The garage is not enough for the number of guests. The breakfast wasn't fresh. The towels service was insufficient and always late with stains towels. The toilet was leaking and the shower didn't have hot water pressure.
