Review 1：All inclusive here means bad food with little variance. Drinks at the bar all non-branded and not that nice, the wine is awfull, is more like soda then wine. The machines to get drinks in the restaurant don't work half of the time. Elevators out of order three times a day. Airconditioning not maintained and has a very nasty smell and hardly works. Hotel is old, room facilities are worn out. Swimmingpools are old and dirty, stairs to the slides are dirty, they close the pools at 18.00. Parking is 6 Euro per day

Review 2：Resort if at the beach and has several swimmingpools on the premises. Most staff is very friendly. Location is nice for getting into the country. Many water activities at the beach, animation for kids is nice.

Review 3：Uncomfortable bed/pillows. AC very noisy in the room. Stench of sewage in the lifts. Ran out of coffee from machines at breakfast and only one member of staff tried to do something about it!!

Review 4：Some of the staff really tried, but reception was understaffed and stressed. Location is brilliant and atmosphere/environment is really great if you are not into the environment, antics and pub crawls of Sunny Beach.

Review 5：I do not recommend. Not at all. Food, room, elevator - poor and weak. Personnel - from the electrical car driver to the manager - very impolite - they do not know what means tourism!!! They couldn't communicate even to the booking consumer service the price for extra services. Avoid this location!!!

Review 9：None of the staff were talking English. The food was disgusting, a lot but disgusting. What was reaming from the dinner you found it next day in lunch. The picture of the rooms are not showing the reality
