Review 1：Service in whole resort is very, very bad! Within five days we stay there no even one room cleaning has been provide with. Restaurant, public recreation lobby and other places are dirty. Meal is bad quality. We pre-payed WiFi for 7 days - they switched it off after three days. On arrival on reception they gave me some list with some advertisement written. It was written: in case I give some positive opinion for my presence there I can be a part of some Lottery for five days rest in Five stars Resort. Probably the Management is trying to compensate the bad services with some virtual benefits in the future!!!

Review 2：Sea, beach and environmental around!

Review 3：Personnel are not friendly to hotel visitors. I am here from yesterdayand today faced the terrible situation when my car which was parked onthe territory of Elenite villas just disappeared. Of course Iimmediately address receptionist and security person with one simplequestion - where is my car? Show them the receipt for parking, it costedme 120 Bulgarian levs (it is about 100 eur!!!) and the place where thecar was parked. Security guy said that my car was evacuated to St.Vlas(the place in 10 kilometers from hotel) because it was parked in wrongplace as this place is only for personnel and specially authorizedpersons. But there is no any sign saying this! By the way, when I waspaying for parking, the guy who were issuing the receipt told me that Ican park my car in every free parking place. Even more the so-called"manager on guest relations" told me by phone that servicewhich was responsible for evacuation took my car by their own initiativedue to the absence of receipt for parking on my car's window. Soundsterrible!!! How it is going on???? Some car evacuating service caneasily access hotel territory and steal the car??? She told me"Yes". For my kind request to help me and providetransportation she answered that I should go to St.Vlas on my own andpay penalty. Ok, I took the taxi and have come to car evacuation centrefor 10 levs. To my surprise when I showed the receipt on parking to guyswho are serving there they told me that everything is ok and the onlyreason why they evacuated my car was the request from manager fromelenite vilas hotel!!!! They took 50 levs for their services, gave mereceipt and told me that I should address hotel authorities to refund.When I tried to meet "manager on guest relations" on thisissue, she told me that she is ready to see me on reception in an hour.

Review 4：There were so many dissapointments: -the room is nothing like the pictures on the site - we stayed in 498 and it's a totall mess!!!! -the walls were in a bad shape and the furniture is so dull and bad! -the matresses were riped and dirty -the sheets were also old and dirty -the towels also dirty!!! -not even once in 6 days the beds or towels were changed! Not to mention cleaning. Really bad shape the villas!

Review 5：The view is lovely by the sea. And also the pools are close to the hotel and really clean and warm enogh.

Review 6：- the staff knows little to no English and the reception is not very helpful - we needed to change something in our reservation and it was impossible to get in contact with their department even if we called and emailed numerous times - the sun beds were "reserved" for some of the guests and we did not have access to them

Review 7：Much too little staff to keep buffet restaurant running smoothly and places clean. Our villa was cleaned three times in a week, some others didn't have cleaning at all.

Review 8：Good location, infrastructure without cars, aquapark. No tingel tangel kiosks in the resort. Good with small children.

Review 10：Elenite Resort is a great place to stay. We were there only for two days, but they were really remarkable. It is certainly family oriented resort. We enjoyed mostly on the great animation team performance, resort's infrastructure, staff kindness and perfect beaches. Food service in the main restaurant was on the acceptable level of presentation, but absolutely tasty! I strongly recommend Elenite for couples and families.

Review 11：The villa was very close to the sea - just 1-2 minutes. There are no cars and children can walk and play safely. Although Aquapark was a little bit small, children enjoyed it a lot. There was a variety of food and it was always tasty. All the staff at the kiosks on the sea, confectionery and restaurant was very kind. All the family enjoyed our 5-day stay. This is great place to relax and I would recommend it to everyone!

Review 12：The food was abondant but with poor quality. May be it is better to decrease the quantity and to increase the quality. The cleaning stuff was not sufficiant to mentain cthe rooms clean. The beds for the children were not safe. The water basin in the lavatory was broken and the water was running all the time. You promissed to us 2 special dinners but it turned out that The mediterranean restaurant had to be closed. So we were given the chance to have one special dinner in the Traditional Bulgarian Restauran. I was deaply disappointed by the food. It was even worse than the "normal" one.

Review 13：I liked the sea. The sea view. It was pleasant to spend a lot of time near the sea shore since our room was in the first line. I liked the trees and the grass and flower beds. Years ago there were less buildings and more nature. Today there are a lot of hotel buildins. Very biutiful and contemporary designed but if I have to be hones I prefer the former Elenite.

Review 43：the part of cleaning really needs to work better, especially with bed sheets. but the MOST unacceptable fact of all is related to the person in charge in the restaurants. I am reffering to a male approximately in his 50s with white hair who was always aggressive, never smiling, not even spoke a word of English and treated every client as a potential thief or criminal. these kind of people do not belong in hotels or anywhere around civilized people. I personally had a very bad incident where he was really aggressive and rude although i had no idea what he was talking about as I m sure he can hardly speak even Bulgarian!!!!!! And this, because after I had just paid 120 euro per night in the reception and had all my things there, i wanted to have a salad before I would leave without having my bracelet on. and this particular person treat me as if I were a common thief with a really humiliating attitude and aggressiveness that belongs only to people and conditions that I will not even bother mentioning here. REALLY UNACCEPTABLE! not to mention of course that in the timetable of breakfast/lunch/dinner, they do not mention the time they stop serving, but the time they will force you to leave the restaurant. SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE! me and my friends left with the worst impression ever!

Review 44：The services of the reception were really good. Mr Dumitrov was always very polite, smilling, willing to help leaving overall a very good impression. congratulations. Also the people in charge of internal/external transfers were always very polite.

Review 45：The rooms (the definition "villas" is completely misplaced) are in poor conditions: sheets are too small for the beds and leave mattresses partly uncovered, toilets don't work properly and spray water everywhere, many parts are rusted or in poor hygienic conditions, and the list would be much longer. DON'T RATE THE ALL INCLUSIVE as a real value, considering that the food quality is dreadful and the meals are served as IN A JAILHOUSE: at the end of the scheduled hour for any meal you get kicked out of the restaurant, no matter if you still have food to eat in your dish. The staff is very very strict on this matter and gets to the point of PHYSICALLY PUSH YOU OUT OF THE ROOM. The same happens with most of the services provided: they are unreliable (the hot dog kiosk claimed to have finished the sausages by 3 o'clock), very low quality, provided by rude people. We tried to solve the issues with the rooms by buying a very expensive upgrade to what they call the vip villas, which cost far more than any 5 stars hotel in the area. Despite these last being newer and good looking, the mattresses, the sheets, the towels and so on remain the same as the rest of the complex: tragic! Moreover, a kitchen is provided in this kind of accommodation but is not provided with anything: not a single glass or dish. In any case, you are not allowed to bring you car in and are required to park somewhere else for 6€ per day. In order to carry your luggages, a bellboy with a buggy is normally sent WHO WILL BULLY YOU IN ORDER TO GET A LARGE TIP (happened twice to us). If you are planning a trip to 1984 Bulgaria (the year this facility was built) you are in the right place, otherwise I strongly advice anyway to go to one of the neighboring hotels (which we had to move to in the end) which provide far better services at a more convenient price (we manage to get a 5-stars hotel at the price of the basic 3-stars "villa").

Review 46：Nothing except the manager of the hotel which is very kind and tries to make amends for the unacceptable behavior of the staff in general.

Review 47：The first time I saw that the visitors are asked to be very friendly with the staff as otherwise there will be no service. If I saw the boy by the checking I understand why it is written down as most probably he is normaly working as a doorman at a disco. Even we know that the quality of food is not very good in a all-inclusive accommodation, this was really at the lowest end of quality.
