Review 1：Most employees don't speak English. There is no sand on the beach, just mud. The water looks dirty because the sand is dark.

Review 2：Clean beautiful hotel, good breakfast, close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Review 3：Not quite sure where they park your car, but it does take the valet quite a long time to retrieve it, so be sure to plan ahead.

Review 4：Just a couple of blocks from the beach, the Mendes has a beautiful roof top pool and lots of little touches (e.g., 220 and 110 outlets). Staff are super friendly and there is always someone available who is proficient in English.

Review 5：The sauna could use an updated to offer a dry sauna too and the hydro massage tub in the spa area needs a replacement. It is too old. Also, the wifi in my floor was slimy not working! :-(

Review 6：This is great hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful and the common areas are perfect! The pool is something else! And the indoors bar is very good too! The restaurant The Garden is nice, but pricy. The only thing I was not happy about on my lady stay is that I made my reservation online and I wanted to stay at the other tower, not at the Panorama. There was some confusion, but the room I stayed at Torre Panorama was good too and the bed was very comfortable! The room was clean too! The only thing is that it is smaller than the one I really wanted on the other tower. The hotel is very well located at Gonzaga Beach neighborhood. I strongly recommend this hotel in Santos!

Review 12：Even after switching the air-con off there was still a reasonable noise coming out of it which made sleeping a bit difficult. It is possible it was a problem only in this particular room.

Review 13：Room is big and quiet. Bed is comfortable and clean. Wifi with good connection. Location is great. Hotel is in the same building as the shopping mall, with separate entrance. The infrastructure is excellent. Breakfast with many options.
