Review 1：Old facilities. There are humidity stains on the walls by the balcony and bathroom ceilings. The sliding door to the balcony can be hardly opened or closed it's so rusty. The clear curtains are worn out and stained. The price should drop considerably.

Review 2：Located in a residential area, waking distance to Ventura Mall and the Equipetrol business district. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room. Good breakfast.

Review 3：Service for dinner was not up to expectations. Only one staff in restaurant. Took us almost an hour to get drinks and meals came very slowly. The food was good. I suspect part of the staffing problem was that we had dinner at 8:30 on Sunday evening, a time when there are usually few people dining.

Review 10：Restaurant service terrible, took an hour and a half to get food and then not what was ordered, but apparently new staff. Room noisy (very thin walls), bit shabby, needs a refurb, seen better days. Public areas much better. Small pool, not able to swim. Breakfast adequate only.
