Review 1：The bed linen and towels were not new and clean. Also some kitchen & bath-toilet ware were missing for 5 days staying.
Review 2：It was at very safe region. It was having one seperate bedroom. It was very close to metro station.
Review 3：- After booking I asked the owner, how can we get to the flat by public transport. Her anser was: by taxi. (Best way: you have to take metro to Beloruskaja Metro, then trolleybus Nr. 18 or bus Nr. 12 - via Butirsky Val, 3 or 4 stations, depends on which way-out you use from the metro.)- We were lost, it was our falt. Be careful: not Butirskaja ulica, Butirskij Val ulica - both of them are at metro Savoyskaja, first we used this station. We asked the owner by phone to come for us, but she did not come. - It is NOT a 60 m2 flat, it is only 30-35 m2! It is only a small, one-room flat. - THE FOTOS ARE NOT MADE IN THE FLAT!!! - It is not a "fully equipped kitchen" as you can read - only a few plates, cups and a pan. They were dirty, so we had to wash them up before using. - You have to take toiletpaper with, and a clean dish sponge, the one in the kitchen was used. - We had to pull up the sheets, even though the owner was waiting for us for a long time she did not do it. - The sofa is very hard and uncomfortable to sleep. - The towels were very very stinky.
Review 4：- When I wrote mails, the owner answered me soon.- She tried to find us a folklore program. - She offered us in the flat to get a bigger one but we were too tired to get there with luggages, after getting lost in 35 C - it was very hot.

Review 6：It seems it was a smoking apartment, there is a slight cigarette odor. Some furniture came directly from the Soviet times.
