Reviews for HomeSuites by D3H

Review 1:The bathroom was like an amphitheater. The breakfast was fair but could have used English muffins or at the very least, a greater section of jams.

Review 2:staff was really friendly! saw

Review 3:My husband and I thought it was absolutely fabulous. We had the King Suite (separate bedroom) and kitchen. It was fantastic - plenty of room as we were visiting family in Regina and were able to entertain in our hotel room - barbeque etc. We will be staying there from now on when we visit in Regina.

Review 4:We booked a room with a kitchen so we could cook our meals. There was 1 pot , 1 pan no oven mitts or even salt and pepper. The kitchen should be stocked with basic amenities

Review 5:Breakfast was very impressive, coffee served all day was a nice touch as well. The women cooking breakfast were so friendly and courteous.

Review 6:Friendly staff! Always greeted us. The breakfast was awesome... The staff member always had it stocked and clean with a smile on her face. Very hard working lady!

Review 7:Room was starting to look old/worn; bathroom especially needed new grout work in the shower and on the floor.

Review 8:Size of room was great. Fridge, stove, dishes -- although we only stayed one night we did not use them much, however were I to stay longer this would be a real plus. I was also happy to see 'real' plates, cups, cutlery at the breakfast (as opposed to disposables).

Review 9:Pillows were too big, too hard. Termastat was confusing. It was set for 11, which was too cold. It put it to 18, which was too warm. So not sure what those numbers were for, since they were obviously not celcius

Review 10:Staff was excellent! Very clean hotel.

Review 11:Location was excellent. Hotel was very clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Excellent breakfast area. Good location for easy access to all amenities.

Review 12:We booked a larger room to sleep six, but got a room that sleep 4 and then they charged for a cot. The staff were cold and uncaring

Review 13:Location Breakfast

Review 14:Rooms were not insulated well on the first floor so it was you could here all the plumbing in the rooms above. Made it had to sleep

Review 15:Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review 16:WHEN THE STAFF WERE UNAVAILABLE OR A VARIETY OF ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE FOR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST PROVIDED..THEY SUPPLEMENTED BY SENDING US TO TIM HORTON'S ONE DAY!..WE WERE GUESTS FOR SEVERAL DAYS!! THAT WAS APPRECIATED.

Review 17:We didn't enjoy the lack of water pressure in the shower. It was so weak that some of the water ran straight down from the shower head.

Review 18:I enjoyed that there was a way to have a coffee or fruit 24 hours a day. As we were getting up and leaving most days before the continental breakfast was on. The day I did have the continental breakfast it was enjoyable.

Review 19:There wasn't really much we didn't like...

Review 23:Loved the spaciousness of the room and the full fridge available. Rooms were clean and enjoyed the free breakfast. Located close to shopping and the main highway which was very handy, Front Desk staff were very helpful and polite.

Review 24:Service was friendly and very informative. Breakfast room very inviting with good selection of food. Little touches like bottled water to send us on our way were appreciated!

Review 25:Had to go through external booking agency to check out a day early and to arrange refund through hotel.

Review 26:-room was clean and sleep was comfortable - Great Breakfast!

Review 27:I had to extend my stay by a day due to a highway closure. The staff was very helpful in making arrangements for my room and spa service. They also tried to help me get highway information. I was impressed with the quality of service and will definitely stay here again.

Review 28:Our room looked like it was going to cave in; huge cracks all along ceiling and on floor in bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable and small. There was virtually no sound proofing within the hotel and you could hear every time someone flushed their toilet or walked on floor. We slept terribly for this reason.

Review 29:The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was ok.

Review 30:Darlene in the spa was awesome. Best pedicure ever. Over priced for quality. Elevators were filthy, had to plow they men at front door smoking and cooking steaks. Breakfast was nice feature.

Review 31:The breakfast times were a bit early for us.

Review 32:The hotel was brand new and is located as soon as you enter Regina from the East on highway 1. The room was comfortable and would be great for a multiple day stay.

Review 58:Sink did not drain well. This should be an easy fix and an isolated situation.

Review 59:Room was very comfortable. We have stayed before and will stay again.

Review 60:It was awesome that you could your own meals at the hotel.

Review 61:Dirty towels, noisy a/c that kept waking me up all night but it was too hot without even with the windows open, the fact that the bedding option was either a sheet or a sheet plus heavy duvet in summer, the plastic tub fixtures not properly attached to the tiles that they came off by simply switching the shower on

Review 62:Nice modern room, very good breakfast

Review 63:The hotel has a lot of people who work in the gas and mining industry. they tend to track in a lot of mud and dirt on the carpets and its hard for the staff to keep up on the cleanliness of floors.

Review 64:I always get the larger suite because it has a separate bedroom and is much larger. The full kitchen is great because it allows you to cook your own meals and feel more like home

Review 65:Not that they can help it, but it is far from downtown and you need a car to get to restaurants (if you don't want to take an expensive cab).

Review 66:The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Review 67:This hotel is used by a lot of people from the oil and gas industry. There was mud in the common areas but that was the only negative about this hotel.

Review 68:Facility was new and finishes were very upscale.

Review 69:-only thing that would make it primo , is being right downtown.. (can't have it all )

Review 73:Unfortunately, I found the bed was too soft! Everything else was just fine!

Review 74:The rooms were very clean and spacious, and having the kitchenette was great. We were also impressed with the selection in the breakfast room, including the specialty coffees.

Review 75:I needed to have a late checkout - pushed back until 1 pm with much negotiation. I would have liked a half day rate so i could have had the room until late afternoon.

Review 76:Staff were great, rooms spacious, added a cot to one room for 5 guests with ease, partial kitchens very useful, breakfast was better than expected, coffee always available with the cookies a very noce touch.

Review 77:We have a hotel just down the street from us in Yorkton and is very appealing inside and out. We have stayed only in the one in Regina for medical appts. and have found it to be very comfortable. Very Very quiet compared to others.

Review 78:Need to put rubber mat in tub as very slippery.

Review 79:Full size refrigerator, Cooking facilities, Well lit, Blackout curtains that actually close properly, Plug at bed for CPAP therapy machine.

Review 80:While the staff was very good at cleaning most of the place, it seemedthat the elevator was left on its own most of the time. There alwaysseemed to be junk on the floor.

Review 81:The rooms were nice and spacious. Really liked the eating area. Staffwas very friendly. Free wifi (something we always look for) Breakfastwas pretty good.

Review 82:I booked two rooms for one night online. Only 1 room was booked. All rooms were booked in the hotel, but hotel staff managed to find my friend a room in another hotel. We were in Regina for the Paul McCartney concert. We were very fortunate to find another hotel room, because most hotels were sold out. Was not impressed with the online booking process. Will not do that again.

Review 86:Staff were friendly and polite. All three rooms were spacious and the bathroom was designed like a spa which was a pleasant surprise. Really like the full kitchen so that we had the option to cook and stay in if we wanted to. Will look at booking another HomeSuites when we travel away from home again.,
