Review 1：The area just behind the hotel is very undeveloped and shabby. This is what you see first as you arrive, which is a shame, as the hotel, and the beach etc, are stunning.

Review 2：Beautiful décor in hotel. The sea, beach, pool and sun.

Review 3：Any request by the reception is not solved; The bathroom was cleaned superficially, had mold and rust; The mattresses were of poor quality; The pillows were carrying capacity for a 3-star hotel; The room was equipped with a single nightstand; In the offer, the hotel room is equipped with safe deposit box, when we arrived we were told that the safe deposit box is at the reception and we will have to pay 6 leva / day; The TV was very old. Standard room was not in any shape for a 5 star hotel. Sea accessed from the beach was very stony.

Review 4：The hotel is directly on the beach, has a nice design

Review 5：Real problem with cleaning : with tip left for the maid the room was fine, without the tip our wet towels from the floor were nicely hanging back on the rack. Shampoo bottles not renewed, we had to look for the maids and insist on new supply.

Review 6：Own beach with sunbeds for hotel only is a plus, compared to overcrowded public beaches in the neighbouring Sunny beach.

Review 8：Room with balcony and sea view. Hotel located on the sea side with direct acess. Good location to small shops and all on walking distance. Staff is very friendly. My compliments to Zlatan from the beach for hard working, initiative & friendly attitude!

Review 9：When we arrived at this "5 star" resort, not only was there nobody to greet us at the door or help us with the luggage - we were verbally attacked by the receptionist! She claimed we had failed in a detail with our booking and that I would now have to find a computer and rebook!! I told her I had been exchanging emails with them confirming our booking with all details 4 months ago. Her reply with an attitude: "Yeah? Show me!" So now I had to log into their Wi-Fi - which didn't work in the reception area, rooms, pool or restaurant (only in foyer) to prove. By then my blood was boiling. I have never ever anywhere received such disgusting service. The front desk behaviour sets the spirit for the entire stay. Had I received a warm welcome I would have concentrated on all things positive. But now, after the attack I was noticing flaws everywhere: rusty mirror in our bathroom, shower with no water pressure switching between hot and cold, poor tiling work, broken lift, bad coffee, loud music, untidy public bathrooms even right after the cleaning.

Review 10：None of the promised dressing gowns, slippers, shower gel. Only shampoo. Internet is very slow and in the room it was not. Elevators work badly. Spa area is open until 18.00. Not included. Very bad. Log into the sea is not possible because beach covered with stones. The level of service at the hotel deserves only 3 European stars

Review 12：The managers should point out specifically that the beach is not good. Many many stones and big rocks. Nothing was mentioned and we were very disappointed as we have been to other seaside towns and resorts and never had this issue. They should let people know in advance cause we were not there for the pool or the rooms but the beach.

Review 14：The seaside is with many stones, but it all was written in the comments, so it was not surprice, it is like turkey. For the kids and swimmers there is a 100m seeside with a "clean" stonefree sea entrance:) Strand wie in der Türkey.

Tolle Ausblick, genießen Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten auf die Sonnenterrassen vor dem malerischen Ausblick auf Meer und Strand, solange Ihre Kinder sich in der Hotelanlage in Freiheit austoben oder bei der Animation/kinderclub/Meer/kinderbecken spielen.

Review 16：Kid's Club should be renamed in the TV-Cartoons Club. So much the worse that all the TV-cartoon channels in the hotel are intended for children older than 7 years. The variety of main dishes for lunch and dinner do not match with the positioning of the hotel as a 5 star house.

Review 17：We were impressed by the maintenance of cleanliness in the hotel. The premises are well ventilated and air-conditioned. The territory is rather small, but all facilities are very compactly located. We liked also the closeness to the sea.

Review 18：-Rocky sea bed - not great for younger children. We ended up at the pool instead. - Lunch food options not as good as those at dinner time. - No kettle/ tea-coffee making facilities in the room. - Rooms fscing the sea front are noisy at night (bar and evening entertainment) -Slow lifts.

Review 26：Service was poor - had to ask multiple times for things - after many complaints the service improved dramatically but it was very annoying.... The bathroom was not the cleanest, especially around the bath tub. For a 5 start hotel, I would have expected everything to be spotless. The facilities were there but you had to pay extra for everything (e.g. spa, gym, etc...)

Review 27：Staff for the most part was friendly. The location is good. Large rooms with good views. The food was OK most days and really good a couple of times. 90% of the buffet was of course always the same.

Review 28：Food sucks (low quality, modest look, all dishes are the same taste). Bad coffee (too much water, less coffee and milk). Ineficient personell (slow, clumsy) at the restaurant. Cleaning personel came in the room only twice during a week and they only emptied the trash bins, did not replaced towels. They say it's five star hotel but is less than 4. There is no powerplug in the bathroom for shavers. Small and crowded parking place. Very bad English speakers (except the reception desk), animators avoided us if they heard we are not speaking bulgarian or russian. Too much russian guests.

Review 34：This is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel and here's why:- You need to sign ridiculous and weird "terms of service" upon check in. The conclusion from these TOS is that you are required to leave your car key to the register, they're not responsible for anything and you agree to be "fined" (yes it is the exact word they use) 35 eur for stupid things like bringing your own food to the hotel for example.- There is not enough parking space, as a result the cars are being parked on multiple lines and you have to leave your key on the register in order to get your car constantly moved around the so called parking by the personnel.- There is not enough dining space, if you late for the start of the diner you have to wait for a table to get freed and beg the personnel for clean cutlery.- Most of the personnel is too unprofessional and somewhat rude, it will be good for them to start using words like "please" and "excuse me" and completely remove "oh really?". They act like you owe them something.- The dining hours are complete mess, because of the inconvenient arrangement and management of the restaurant, there are often long queues for salad, ice cream, pancakes etc.- Food quality varies one day is great next day is like cheap microwave dinner. Also only water for lunch and dinner.- Bathrooms do not cover the requirement even for a 3 star hotel, they need complete renovation. If you take shower the whole floor gets wet no matter how careful you are it is all about poor design and cheap materials.- Cleaning of the room was poor, for 7 days the cosmetics has not been restocked and we even needed to ask for toilet paper once.- For 7 days the mini bar was not refilled nor someone changed the glasses in the room with clean ones or washed them, we needed to wash them ourselves.- Charging for internet 2.5 eur per hour is unbelievable nonsense.

Review 55：Pool water was very cold even in the children's pool. Tiles around the pool are very slippery when they become wet. Beach area is small. There are stones entering the sea. It's a litle bit noisy in the evening because of the animation and kids disco but everithing ends by 10pm. The bathroom sink is not convenient.

Review 56：I like the hotel, the pool area and the restaurant.Тhe food was delicious and varied. There are many children's highchairs in the restaurant and it's not a problem to feed your baby/todler in the restaurant. Almost each room has a sea view and each room has a big terrace.

Review 57：The food in the restaurant was full of pork, if you don't eat pork you will just eat salad. The room was not cleaned well. The beach was too stoney. There is no free wifi in the rooms. Even it is full board some more drinks should be included for lunch and dinner such as juices.

Location on the beach with sunbeds included but if you want one sunbed must get upp at 6, more sunbeds required. The room was big but verry ugly bathroom. noisy room at frist floor 112, they start working att 6 in the mornig, moving furniture and loud music on, i told the reception that i want to sleep longer but they didn't care about it. In My opinion à 3 + star hotel for the location. I dont recomend this hotel.
