Review 1：Room is clean but has no tea and electric port. It was suitable for sleeping only.

Review 3：The staff is polite but absolutely unhelpful... I booked room for 3 person but finally we traveled without daughter. I asked to change room or remove additional bed. The answer was^ you booked room in booking.com and it is not possible to change- please call to booking or change through internet- we are not able to help you...

Review 5：Wifi is not working perfect, there will be dispurtions. Staff is not very helpful, as expected. My room face to a business hall, so no view to outside. No trees, no buildings. Just some chairs and darkness.
Review 6：It's very close to the exhibition center and shopping mall. Good for short stays, if you just want to attend the exhibition. Bathroom is clean and room size is good.

Review 19：The rooms quality is very low. Everything is done as cheap as possible. Rooms are small, there is not enough air and on sixth floor it is too hot for sleeping (some rooms don't have windows on the street), so don't take the sixth floor! Walls are as if they were of paper - You will hear the neighbours too good.
Review 20：Vicinity (the same building) to the Crocus Expo fairgrounds. Good restaurant! Fine breakfast. Very quick cabled internet in the rooms, WIFI available in the lobby.
Review 21：Some of the rooms are located at the exhibition area. So when you look trough your window, you do not look outside but inside in the exhibition area, really strange...
Review 22：standart room's window is looking through the cafeteria. there is no fresh air. When you come in to the room and turn the lights on, people can see the inside directly.
Review 23：the huge entrance hall with bar and restaurant resembles a warehouse - the feeling is quite cold and unwelcoming. room window cannot be opened and in my case it overlooked the exhibition hall, therefore very little natural light coming in. staff forgot my wake-up call and when I made them notice they said "you're welcome" as if they had done me a favour... but if you are used to Russian hospitality standards, this is not a big deal.... the fitness room and sauna were under renovation - it would have been better to know at the time of booking.
Review 24：very spacious and modern room, as close as you can get to Crocus exhibition hall (my room window overlooked the inside of the hall!). Free internet connection by cable (provided in the room). Fair breakfast.
Review 25：First of all it is the price, I had to pay £220 per night for this stay for a cheap Novotel like hotel. Breakfast was poor, especially scrambled egg (definitely from the packet). My colleague also had food poisoning after eating breakfast and could not eat anything for next 4 days.
