Review 1：Friendly helpful staff. Good meal in restaurant and good quality breakfast with the hostess proactively offering 2nd coffees etc. Liked the free parking and WiFi (which always worked well for us).
Review 2：The staff was really warm and accommodating, Fahima was our cleaning lady, and she was so helpful, friendly. The owners were great too. The waiters and everyone in general were super helpful and courteous.

Review 11：I had a booked a Superior Double Room on booking.com, but when wearrived, they seemed not to be expecting us. They put us in a"family room" with 2 queen beds, which was underneath theroof, had only 2 small windows instead of the balcony in the superiorroom, and major default: The engine of the elevator seems to have beenlocated in the room itself. This should never have been transformed intoa room as it is not at all quiet!
Review 12：The furniture, "chalet-style" but still modern. The food atthe restaurant was good, although the service could have been a littlebit better given that they try to pretend being a "finedining" restaurant. Good Breakfast buffet.

Review 14：I think the hotel could organize better the information about skiing andbuses.I Felt bad asking a lot, they couldn'd inform so much. Myfirst time taking the bus early in the morning was sad, the busdidn't arrive. Anyway the reception was very kind, even hercouldn't understand very well the bus schedule, but she help me tocall a taxi. (50 chf one way)
Review 15：Really nice view from my room and Restaurant. Nice terrace. Very cleanand nice decoration. Good area to visit, but if you plan skiing and mustto take a bus, the stop is Violettes and the schedules are veryrestricted. During the weekend just 1 bus: 8 am. And to come back is15:30, or later could conect from Crans Montana. Good breakfast andRestaurant. I really recommended this hotel!
Review 16：Price vs Quality was not satisfactory. Price of 2 bottles of water,12chf. High price on the dinner for the quality. Small tv. The towelswere not good and looked old. The pillows were not confortable and themattress was soft.

Review 21：Service was absolutely horrible. Unfriendly staff. At breakfast they did not refill: bread, meats. There was no cheese. The bread was a little stale. Service is not their business. Would recommend other hotels in the area.

Review 25：Cosy place at a great location in the mountains. Very easy to find. Basic, clean rooms, but ours had a great balcony. Tip: the restaurant of the hotel features both a good brasserie and an absolutely stunning, Michelin-star gourmet restaurant, you would never expect when passing by from the outside.
Review 26：It's not easy to get to. Walking is out of the question if you have luggage. The bus will stop there -- "Mollens Hotel Panorama" is the name of the stop -- but you have to ask about it, it isn't listed.

The New Yearsparty started in the afternoon and continued until 4 A.M. Sleeping evenin the second floor was not possible - the Dutch dj did a loud job forsuch a small house. Do not try to complain or ask for service: The Dutchmanager reacts pretty aggresive.
